We had a wonderful stay at Ballyhome, great location, cutest dog Dexter and very clean. Caroline was an incredible host she made us feel so welcome and we appreciated all the little extra things she does and the effort she goes to for her guests. We would happily stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Nothing to dislike at all.

The choice of breakfast cereals and other food supplied by Caroline was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. There was a large dining area and a sitting room to relax along with a nice comfortable bed in our room. Only a short drive to town and the Giant's Causeway. One of the favourites in our travels, and we would definitely stay here again.

You just have to remember this is a home stay with a shared bath. That is in the description and it is still an excellent value.

The hosts were very generous and could not have been nicer. Had the best scones I have ever eaten which were home cooked by the host. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

The weather!

Nice quiet property, perfectly placed for touring the north coast of NI. Hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after.

Not a single thing

I left feeling I had been adopted as one of Caroline's grandchildren. I was so warmly received, the whole kitchen was at my disposal including the best stock of fresh home-baking and snacks, fruit etc and even had I wanted it a beer or glass of wine, which were offered. Caroline is a tremendous host, very chatty and a wizard baker. She even pressed water, fruit biscuits on me for my onward journey. Oh and the room was large and warm and VERY comfortable, plus a shower which pinned me to the floor. WiFi superb and Dexter the dog is another bonus. Highly recommend - this is what true hospitality is all about.

Difficult to find but host mentioned problem with Google maps. Bit out of main town.
