We absolutely loved our stay in this room! The decor was stylish and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The room was also very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the city and very close to de underground.

There was only 1 bathroom for 3 rooms (potentially 6 people) so you would have to wait quite a lot to use it. I didn't use the kitchen but there were no seats which I found a bit odd cause there was a table. Finally, the most annoying thing was the self-check in. We had to pay 250 pounds (about 290 euros) as a deposit otherwise they threatened to cancel our stay. Because I was travelling already it was difficult to do that without proper internet and I had to introduce my payment details 3 times. It felt abusive cause we paid the room 2 months in advanced.

We stayed in the big room, it was comfortable and there were lots of amenities like coffee, a bathroom rug for us (very nice detail), shampoo, conditioner and so on. It was 1 street away from the portobello market or the tube.

The hosts require a £250 deposit for the stay (they will return it very very quickly and we didn't have any problem with them, I understand it may be necessary to protect their property but this is quite uncommon and I think it should be mentioned). The bed was not the best. We stayed there for 5 days, and only gave us clean towels one day. For some reason the cleaner did our room the first day but not the rest of the days.

The location was the best. Very very close to Ladbroke Grove Metro Station (in the heart of Notting Hill). Very close to Portobello Road Market where we could go walking. The room was nice and big enough for a couple. The temperature in the room is good, they have central heating which something you would want when visiting London. The property was easy to access as it has self check-in and the codes to get in were sent to us and easy to follow. The communication with the host was easy and they replied quickly any time we had a question.

Very clean and comfy. Great location next to the station and the lovely notting hill neighbourhood. Communication was quick and clear. Spacious rooms. Would come again.

All doors were very heavy and problematic. Access codes were not working but host solved it. I was waiting an hour to fix them. Check in time is 3 Pm and it is not a good choice for travelers.

Location and the private room were good and comportable with beautiful view.

Room is in great location less than a minute from Ladbroke Grove station and right in the centre of Notting Hill. Room is clean and each room had personalised digital locks for easy access.

For a flat with 3 rooms and up to 6 people living there at the same time, one bathroom and just one loo is sometimes not enough and could be stressful.

The apartment is really well located. The distance to the underground is less than 5 minutes. Restaurants and everything else is close by. Notting Hill is a really great part of London. The apartment is furnished really lovely, comfortable and practical. The owner are always there to help via messaging, for any kind of questions.

They insist me leave a positive comment. Towels need extra charge. We stayed for four nights so was not very convenient. The room could be more spacious.

The location is good with bars and restaurants nearby. Have kitchen and washing machine. The property owner is quick in responding to WhatsApp. Bathroom is inside the room so it is quite convenient as the apartment is quite fully booked. So it’s convenient not to have to share the bathroom.

When the property is fully occupied, there would a queue for the shared bathroom. Nevertheless the other guests were very considerate and there was no unacceptable behaviour. No lifts but there were not many flights of stairs.

The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The cleaners kept the communal areas and facilities very clean. Proximity to the tube station was great.

The noise and traffic were quite loud in the evenings and mornings, and the side of Notting hill didn’t feel super safe as a solo traveller but the location is good to access the main shops.

I liked the decor of the room, the modern kitchen and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Although it was shared, I had no issues with other flatmates.

Very basic accommodation. It's expected for this price in central London. Didn't have a gym although listed as having one. The owner was very attentive to my disappointment over not having a gym and compensated me.
