wifi connection was a bit slow

good welcome pack - everything was well stocked. Nice toiletries and free car parking good central location for shopping and eating. good welcome on arrival no wifi code but that was soon rectified.

it was extremely hot in the apartment when we initially came which took a while to regulate back down to a normally temp once turned down. This was not a huge issue but it may be good to keep the temp slightly lower upon arrival and let the guest choose if they want it hotter.

It was perfect for a night away! great location and the perfect home away from home!

sara the hostess is amazing. the suite was clean, cozy, hot water 24/7, the heating system efficient, clean sheets and lots of clean towels. there was a xmas tree in the living room so we really felt like home. Sara was very thoughtful and generous; the bread, croissants, milk and juice was really appreciated. great location; 5 to 10 minutes walk to city center. if im to be a little bit nasty and feel bad about it but at the same time its meant in a good way for the good of the owners: the bed mattress needs to be changed since we could feel the springs. otherwise its a 10 out of 10.

Fabulous location. Beautiful decor. Comfy bed. Very well stocked with fruit, tea/coffee, biscuits, cereal, milk, bread, croissants etc.

Very little to dislike - our apartment overlooked the main road so some noise from passers by on a Friday night. Not a particularly exciting view, but we didn't spend too much time in the apartment to really be bothered by that!

Apartment was an ideal base for our trip to attend a friend's wedding. Host was very understanding about the delays to our train/taxi and meet us at the property with the keys. Breakfast items in the fridge, plus fresh milk and tea/coffee supplies were ideal for a quick breakfast in the morning. Apartment was compact but not cramped, had everything you could need and bed was comfy. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and into town.

So perfect from start to finish that we booked another 2 apartments and returned with family a few weeks later! The very generous continental breakfast was a lovely surprise, as was the fruit and fab coffee machine. Home from home facilities and the Montpelier Suite was very tastefully finished. Ideal town centre location with free parking yet really quiet due to very good sound proofing. Highly recommended and will return again!

Nothing not to like. Apartment is spacious and spotless. Location to the town is a few minutes walk. Lovely little extras in the apartment and the owner was very helpful and friendly 😊

great location, lovely interior really cosy with the wonderful addition of tea, coffee and breakfast items provided. Parking at the location was a bonus especially as it was so close to the centre. It was an all round wonderful experience.

Nothing at all!

The location was excellent for the town centre and The Brewery. The little touches were delightful ( cereal,milk,bread,croissants,tea,coffee and a fruit bowl). The bed was comfy and the shower was superb. The caretaker was friendly and we met the lovely owner who let us view another apartment as we will definitely come and stay again. It was quiet and the kitchen was so well equipped. Absolutely 5 star!

A beautifully designed apartment, home from home, everything you would need available. We were not expecting complementary continental breakfast but was well received thank you! Bed was super comfy, bedding was crisp white, feather duvet and pillows, just what we like! The whole apartment was spotlessly clean! Very helpful hosts and check in was quick and easy.

The pedal bin in the bathroom was broken - yes, that's the only fault we could find!

An excellent period property with luxury fixtures and fittings. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with coffee machine, fridge, freezer, cooker and crockery and cutlery. Excellent location - a few minutes' walk from the town centre and an M&S food hall three minutes away. Private off-street parking. Clean and very helpful staff made it an excellent stay. Comfortable firm bed. Although on a busy road, the apartment was quiet. The breakfast extras (cereal, tea, coffee and so on) were replenished each day.
