We stayed in the Montpellier Suit and it was a fantastic apartment. It not only looked amazing, but it exceeded our expectations! The shower was perfect and the breakfast sundries provided was a great touch!

The staff were really accommodating upon check in and there were some nice extra touches .. location is literally perfect ( 5 min walk from the quarter) and yet still quiet on an evening.

On this occasion, the WiFi was patchy but this has never been the case on previous visits when staying in other suites.

This is our third stay at Portland Apartments - this time in the Tivoli studio. Once again a comfortable, cosy, clean apartment with all the facilities you need. An excellent location near to the centre of Cheltenham and all the amenities close by. Private parking available and a lovely welcome from friendly staff. A generous welcome pack on arrival. Will definitely return again and would highly recommend.

It was all lovely. The host forgot to tell us about a broken tap in the kitchen but did apologise afterwards and confirmed that it was to be fixed.

It was perfect, with lovely touches such as items to have breakfast provided, tea and coffee provided. An excellent information folder with excellent suggestions of restaurants..

It was home from home, cosy with a very calm feeling perfect to relax in.

It would have been nice to be told about wobbly kitchen tap. Now found out, they have a new tap on order. Found bed slightly hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be an option. The shower screen was a little short, so the water wasn't contained within the shower. These are just small things but wouldn't stop us from going back. I'd just bring a sleep mat with me for extra comfort in bed.

It is very easy to book online. The excellent location, 5 min walk into town. Very helpful staff, who answered messages quickly before we arrived. We felt that if we had a problem, we could ask. Really lovely rooms, felt more like staying at a friend's place than a hotel. Really comfortable sofas & clean throughout. Great breakfast selection. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook anything. Having free parking was a great bonus. Fairly busy road outside (on a bus route) but didn't notice the noise.

The breakfast supplies provided by the host were a lovely surprise. The apartment was immaculate, well kept and extremely clean. The bed was really comfortable too. The location was great for getting into Cheltenham centre. Parking also was a bonus.

The washer drier was impossible to understand. Even the owner struggled. Shrunk a $400 top mine. Ruined Great supply of food left for us complimentary which lasted the 4 days Great location from centre and the cineworld complex. Lots of restaurants etc 3 min walk

Everything! Comfort. Easy walking to any venue in Cheltenham. On site parking. Great coffee making and breakfast items. Lovely sitting room. I visit friends in Cheltenham regularly and like my own space. I will always use Portland Apartments in the future rather than a hotel.
