Not a problem for me, but a person who struggles on stairs might want to check details first.

Cost and quaint. Near cliffs for walking. Nice views nearby. Really clean with good wet room shower (and bath upstairs). 2 miles to the beautiful Runswick bay and near enough for a trip to Robin Hood Bay. Dog friendly.

No logs or coal for the fire which I was really hoping would be provided. However we were not cold as heating is very effective.

Lovely cottage. We have stayed before and will stay again. Perfect for our family, with four beds in a room for the kids and a double room for us. We always enjoy staying here. Love the books in the children's bedroom, read one each night to them, much enjoyed 😉 Will be back in June!

Difficult to find parking space and keys to property. Key to main back door needs a wiggle to unlock.

Nice heating system meant we warmed up quickly due to poor weather. Very comfortable bed. We would stay there again as very comfortable and spacious.

The parking, no where to park as where we got told to park it was full in both areas.

Very spacious and had plenty of cupboard essentials such as augar, washing up liquid, cleaning supplies, kitchen foil etc.

If I was fussy, I would say a bigger TV and a TV in the main bedroom would be nice.

We had to take our own towels (which is fine I suppose but they take up space in your bags and most places provide towels) Curtains/blinds would be useful in the bathroom and shower rooms.

    Plenty space and excellent location

Need a few more essentials in bedrooms and bathroom I.e. a bin in both.

We loved the location of this cosy cottage, nestled on the cliff top with sea views.

Port Mulgrave is very quiet itself, but not too far away from other places depending on what you want.

The coastal walk - Cleveland Way - is just down the road. A good walk to Staithes and Runswick Bay. Very enjoyable. Although, the access down to the sea is extremely precarious! The house is very well equipped.

Upstairs toilet was noisy when flushed, Could do with a couple of pics on wall to make more homely. Would have been good to have some info about local amenities , restaurant/pub menus, and walks etc ( how far to walk to Staithes or Runswick Bay etc) I also thought that fridge was dirty- turns out it wasn't ( as I tried to clean it), but maybe it needs an upgrade? We also struggled to unlock the main door from the porch side.

Great location, walking distance to Hinderwell , Runswick Bay etc, Great value for money Clean property with comfortable beds Had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved outdoor garden space and views to the sea.

Stay was excellent. Only minor thing was the parking. Hard to find on arrival (not the hosts fault as such as sure it is hard to explain), maybe a diagram before arrival would help. Once found its fine and parking space is large so easy to get on and off

Excellent location. Very well placed if you like walking along the coast. Quiet and peaceful. The badgers hounds a 10 minute walk is really good for food.
