We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery noisy location. Traffic noise was constant being on a busy intersection. Also I was awakened by sunlight streaming onto my bed as the curtains and blinds did not block it out.
The staff were very helpful especially when I requested to change my room as the assigned one smelled of smoke. Very comfortable beds.

United KingdomThe property wasn’t overly clean and needed a bit of an update. You cannot sleep with windows open as it’s on a main road with cars wizzing past and honking all through the night so can’t get fresh air in the room. Definitely not worth the £120 price we paid for a poor nights sleep
The staff were nice, the room and bathroom was a decent size and I thought the bed was comfortable (my partner did not), bottles water was left for us in the fridge, location is good if needing the town centre

I appreciated the fact that, not knowing the language well, Maria managed to speak and adapt to my language to give me explicit information and while serving me a coffee at the bar, she told me about Northampton and what I can do in that city. So, I'll be back soon and definitely choose the same accommodation. A perfect 10/10
I really liked the atmosphere at the reception. I came tired and upset from the road, and the receptionist Maria, with a few words and smiles, changed my mood.
