Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandReally don’t have anything negative to say other than during the night I could hear a lot of noise that kept waking me up. It sounded like stairs creeking maybe? But it was a creek sound right above our room at all hours of the morning / during the night . This was genuinly the only fault but everything else was exceptional .
Everything was lovely, very clean, and comfortable . Room wasn’t huge but was still spacious , nice and modern interior, our room also had a mini fridge which was a bonus . Location was great only 10 min walk from city center . We got to the hotel way before check in but our room was ready to check in at about 10am.

IrelandThere are a couple of small things that could be improved: the door-closing mechanism could be adjusted to allow for a softer closing and a toilet brush and soap dish could be added to the bathroom.
Everything was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs around and the bus stop for the airport is two minutes' walk away. Check-in and check-out were easy and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect with goiing to the philharmonic to see a show in the evening. Enjoyed a breakfast in the lovely Pianos Restaurant and Bar. The decor of the hotel was superb. The hotel was top standard in everything. From the cleanliness of my room to the lovely refreshing bedding. Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Being on my own I was made to feel very welcome and safe..
