Excellent hotel. The room was beautifully presented and the bed/bedding was lovely. All exceptionally clean and well presented. Perfect location for concerts at the Liverpool Phillharmonic.

The room was done to a very high standard, however it was very claustrophobic and cramped with very little natural light and limited surfaces to place suitcases/ personal items etc.Staff were extremely helpful and let us check in early. The location was excellent.

Unfortunately you couldn’t have an evening meal at the hotel but breakfast was available.

Lovely room, very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is small and quiet and in easy reach of any number of good eating places, would definitely use again.

Very friendly personell, located centrally yet calm, very clean and modern furnishing, nothing left to desired. (I did not try out the bar/restaurant, nor the breakfast.)

Had to ask for cups and tea and coffee supplies as they do not usually put them in a 'family' room but we were three adults...wasn't a problem though and brought it straight away

Room maybe a bit small for the price. Room too warm, no instruction on how the change the room temperature. Slight humming within room and something noising outside (like a small generator type sound - had to open window because room temperature). Dirty cups for breakfast (staff should check first!). Two simple things to fix: Need some hooks for coats as you walk in. Shower good, but nowhere for soap once you are in shower (end up trying to hold onto it).

Comfy beds and clean room. Nice size shower. Good breakfast lots of choice. Great location for the theatre and nearby pubs. 15 min walk into city. Quiet street at night. Local restaurants and pubs. Nice staff. Secure reception.

Great location on what is arguably the best street in Liverpool. From the outside the hotel looked really inviting - beautifully festive and we received a warm welcome from the reception staff- check in was super easy. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated and our room was stunning. We paid extra for the spa bath which was well worth it. We ended our evening in the hotel bar where we were looked after by Ellie and Ashley who are both a credit to the business. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to revisit.

Breakfast service was shambolic. Stated GBP15.- breakfast cost covers only cooked breakfast plus toast & hot drink. Juice, cereal, porridge charged additionally. No fruit or yogurt available. Not even any marmalade. All milk in hotel suddenly found to be out of date, even after ordered hot & cold food had been served to table. Had to wait 20’ for staff member to pick up fresh milk from local shop. Cereal & cooked breakfast provided simultaneously, resulting in hot food being cold by time needed. Staff pleasant & apologetic but (sadly) ultimately incompetent.

Accommodation-wise, delivered quality of service expected given nature of hotel & cost of stay.

Expensive hotel, but the service and the breakfast is poor, the room with 2 double beds is stuffed with the beds, so for 4 but even for 2 persons there is no space in it. We stayed 2 nights, the room was not cleaned after our first night, not even the toilet, the sink, the garbage cans. The bed was done, but what for? Towels were not changed either, that is OK in case of big towels but not for the towels provided for face or hand washing. There was no iron and hairdryer in the room, the safe was closed. For breakfast you could only have one plate of an English or vegetarian English breakfast (that was included in the room price) with one drink (cold or hot), for any other meal or more than one drink you had to pay. It could be a beautiful hotel, but everything was so disappointing.

Nice hotel, good location for a visit to the Philharmonic Hall, but the staff are not very friendly or forthcoming.

Heating did not work- blowing cold air out constantly so had to switch off which resulted in being cold all night, tv did not work initially- staff didn’t know how to fix so had to fix ourselves and worst nights sleep of my life due to fire alarm buzzing/beeping all night due to it having water dripping through it from ?leak upstairs. Constant banging heard from upstairs making it impossible to sleep. Curtains not blackout so room light which also didn’t help. Told staff about noise/ bad nights sleep who didn’t care or offer any solution.

Nice property, good location, hotel done up to good standard and clean. May have been better experience if in other room.

Breakfast not good, cups were not very clean, scrambled eggs looked like they were cooked in a dirty saucepan, we were sorry we didn't go out for breakfast.
