The only thing which I could fault was the noise above from the attached property. Also, I think was an oversight by the cleaners, was the lack of towels for 4 people but nothing that couldn't be sorted from a trip to the shop.

Everything was exceptional, clean comfortable everything had been provided to make our stay enjoyable even the little extras. The complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch. We have stayed in many properties and found this one to be the best of all.

Nothing negative to mention.

All the facilities that you'd find at home. Clean and tidy. Very quiet location and 10 mins walk to Bowness centre. A great base to explore the towns and villages around Windemere. Good communications too from the proprietor Haydn. Overall we were very impressed.

The only down side was the steep elevation to get back to the property.. Even the fittest would struggle with the hill.. We had to take a taxi that are not always readily available

Perfect. Had everything we needed as advertised on booking.com & more. Immaculately clean. Dog bed, treats, towel & bowls provided which was really nice. Car parking on private drive. Bathroom with good shower. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, etc. spacious living area.

There were no negatives about the property. Some reviews said the steep hill was a negative, but we are a family of 4 (52,41, 14 and 11) and it was absolutely fine and our Labrador loved it. We really enjoyed the exercise.

The property was immaculate, spacious, comfy beds, fantastic shower, hive heating, tea and coffee. Even down to the multiple USB charger in the lounge. My younger daughter loved the foozeball table and we enjoyed many games. Onl6 a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bownrss. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing at all!

The views were outstanding, 10 mi ute to walk in to bowness. Plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment had so much thought and detail and my partner loved the fact it had sky sports! Very clean and alot of personal touches made it feel really homely! Only thing is it is on a steep hill, not a problem for us as we love to walk, but could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. All in all though thsi was a beautiful apartment and we can't wait to book and stay again.

Would have been nice to have a bath but plug wouldn’t stay in. However the shower worked perfectly so all good.

Garden and view needed a little tlc but this time of year it was no problem at all.

Everything was beautiful and clean. The small touches made such a difference like having milk in the fridge, tea, coffee etc, and dog towels! All the facilities were great and well maintained.

The bath is a bit tall to get in The hill to get in the house, but even that is amazing because the views, quiet, silence...

Every single details in the house, like dogs food, and bed. Dry machine, to clean your shoes after your walk in the mountain or lakes... And much more, better to see it

Although I would stay here again, the location of the property at the top of a steep road makes it unsuitable for people with walking difficulties, unless they had access to a car.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable ground floor apartment. Perfect location for shops, bars, restaurants, and bus routes. The on site parking is an absolute god send as parking in Bowness can be a challenge. Lots of great communication from the host for a seamless self check in. Absolitely loved our short time here. Would highly recommend

On arrival the previous people's rubbish was left overflowing the recycling bins which did not give ideal first impressions, the lake view is a bit misleading as due to trees you can't see the lake at all, the water in the bathroom did not empty very quickly in either the bath/shower or sink meaning when brushing your teeth the water filled up in the basin and did not drain the same in the shower (you would be stood in a foot of water) not a major negative but for what I paid something that needs sorting, the apartment above had children and the noise of tiny feet or tantrums could be heard late at night and early morning which when on holiday meant no lazy mornings as we were woken at 7am by the people upstairs.

The apartment is large and spacious with everything in it you could need for your stay, inside was very clean, it's location( a 10min walk) into Bowness was ideal and although their is a very steep hill to reach the apartment it's is ideally situated to everything.
