Our host was very communicative answering any questions very promptly. The apartment is very clean, bright and airy. It does get quite warm as living area windows are south and west facing but there are fans available to circulate the air. Mother-in-law is looking forward to stay again!

We didn’t like the noise of the building works directly in front of the penthouse but we were warned. Luckily it was cool enough during our stay to need to close the windows but if you want some fresh air be warned it can be noisy. We were only in the apartment maybe once during the day so it’s not necessarily a big issue.

The location is perfect for all that the Poole area has to offer. It’s a short drive to some breathtaking walks and Poole itself, the old town specifically, is excellent for an evening out. Loved the apartment itself. Cool, contemporary fixtures and decor and the building has a lift which was a godsend on arrival. Parking was great. A nice, large space for our SUV.

I think the only slight issue for me personally was that the key box is located quite high up and I had difficulty seeing the numbers. We didn't need to take the car out very much at all but the day we did someone had removed the cone from the middle of the designated parking bay to park their own car there - which was only a slight inconvenience as we then had to try and find out who it was. I would definitely advise reversing into the parking bay if you have a larger car as we have.

Guy provided exceptional directions / instructions on how to find the apartment, where to park and also where to find the key box. The apartment is really lovely and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Extremely comfortable beds and a good shower over the bath with plenty of hot water. It is ideally placed for the RNLI College and the restaurants and still retains good views of the quay despite a large apartment development going on in front of it. The builders did not inconvenience us at all and the noise was minimal - Guy had already prewarned us of this before we arrived. We would absolutely book again without hesitation. I actually would like to see that development in front finished - I recon its going to be amazing. Oh and I would highly recommend breakfast at the RNLI College - extremely good value.

Beautifully furnished top floor two bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows on corner of building offering a magnificent panoramic view around Poole Bay. Just a few minutes walk from the Quay via old quarter of Poole, steeped in interesting history.

The only problem I had was that being a short person I couldn't see the key code with the box being so high up.

Everything ran very smoothly. The apartment was clean, well situated and beautiful for the price. I understand this was due to the new construction works nearby, which I was warned about and didn't mind as I was visiting for work rather than the views.

The views were excellent, overlooking the Poole harbour and the harbour was only a 5 minute walk near pubs and restaurants so accessible location. Excellent facilities were provided and beds were comfortable. Host was amazing with details provided on how to access keys etc and restaurant recommendations
