Our host was lovely and very responsive . The apartment had a very warm and inviting feel and was clean The kitchen had everything you needed along with a welcome of biscuits and a bottle of wine. The kitchen also had emergency baskets of little things you forget like international electric plugs, first aid kit, etc as well as a basket of emergency food for a meal( which you would replace once you did a shop). This is such a great concept if you arrive late and the family just want a quick simple home cooked meal before bed. Adelle has thought of everything to make it feel homey. The apartment has a washer/ dryer and two toilets which is great for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect whether you have a car or use public transport. We would definitely come back again

Just one downside was the parking,very small area for just one car.But plenty of off road parking near by.

Location was good for us being very near to our family we were visiting.Very clear instructions were given to us to find the property,which were great as its a very busy road and very small turning.

So clean and tidy, lovely place hidden out the way and excellent communication and host went above and beyond throughout our stay bringing the kids home made ginger bread biscuits

Everything was lovely. Nothing to say here at all.

The location was perfect for my stay - within easy reach of everything I wanted and needed to do. As a bonus there are so many types of restaurant around in Littleborough and surrounding villages and areas. Adelle, the host, is wonderful and always ready to help. The house is cute and has every amenity you could wish for. A perfect house in a lovely area. I will definitely be going back.

Accommodation was excellent ideally situated for our needs.Lovely part of the country 2 minutes and your on the penines unfortunately 5 minutes and your in Yorkshire(speaking as a Lancastrian) joking aside we were very pleased with our stay thank you to our hosts

In kitchen, extra sponges and extra serving bowls with some new pots could be considered.

We loved the decor and small details all around the house. Photo Frames with lovely quotations, Honey bee cushions and blankets, free of noise at night comfy bedding and temperature adjustment according to your requirements. Cold drink in fridge, and clean cutlery and plates and glasses. Bedding, towels and generally home was in a clean and tidy condition. Adelle was very helpful and kept in touch with us, she has carefully decorated the place with love. We all enjoyed staying there. Our car had some noise next day, she was kind enough to send us garage contact details. Overall, we loved it and will come back again.

The squeaky floorboards on stairs/landing woke everyone up everytime someone went to the toilet - but wouldn't let it stop us going again lol :)

We stayed at the property over Christmas, and had a fabulous time there. The property was extremely well equipped, and had absolutely everything we needed, both in the kitchen to cook Christmas diner and in general. The property was very cosy and comfortable. For us the property was perfectly situated with access to the Pennines and also local amenities. The beds were really comfortable and we found the property very quiet. The host was available and very easy to contact, but we found this wasn't needed.

The property was a home from home and the host had thought of everything! We stayed with our 2 under 2 and they loved it and we had everything we needed. The host kindly had a cot and a cot side on one of the beds for the little ones and even some bedtime stories which they loved. Will definitely stay again soon. Everything was perfect!

Marvelous. I love the moors around Rochdale, they are so beautiful. I also learnt there is a lake there which used to be an ice ring in the past, when frozen during cold winters. The lake is called Hollingworth Lake, which is within walking distance from the apartment. There is a bus stop right outside and Smithy Bridge train station is only a ten minute walk away. The bus and train service were very good and regular. The apartment was fabulous with lots of extra touches including plenty of games and books for children, food provisions for late arrivals and a complimentary bottle of wine and shortbread! The lovely hostess, Adelle, was so accomodating and was extremely helpful throughout booking and during our stay. I felt we were all in good hands. Her husband even noticed our car window was left slightly open and they informed us straight away, to give you an idea of how much they care about their guests. She also considered my 3 year old when sorting out sleeping arrangements with us, to ensure a safe and comfortable sleeping environment. It is obvious that they put a lot of work into making sure all guests have the best stay possible. Thank you, Adelle.
