Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe rooms are very small. If you're out all day and only come back to in the evening, that's fine. The rooms are ring-shaped. If you spend four nights in the hotel, the breakfast becomes monotonous over time.
The hotel is in a very good location: central with many restaurants and the subway nearby in a peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The mattresses are rather hard.

United KingdomNeeded to turn off the room fridge at night as it buzzed so loudly it put me off sleeping. At breakfast the coffee was not good. I switched to the selection of teas - much better.
Lovely quiet location yet is excellent for underground tube as well as nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Really nice to be able to open the bedroom window and get fresh air (so many hotel windows don not open), nice view on to the quiet road and houses opposite and everything was very clean. Breakfast was ok.

GermanyWe took the rooms with external private bathroom to save some money. Two of these rooms are poorly isolated and thus cold, unless you turn on the extra heating, which then made it very warm. For my room, the bathroom was 3 flights of stairs away. Other rooms may be nicer.

It was a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean, they were cleaning and changing the sheets and towels every day. The breakfast was good for that price. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Elegant hotel in a quiet and attractive London square. Warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Beautifully appointed entrance and lounge area, with door to lovely garden. The bedroom was well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room is also an elegant area, and the breakfast itself was very good. Altogether, the Pembridge Palace hotel can be recommended without reservation.
