The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that there was a little bit of noise coming from the streets below, but nothing major. The apartment is located in a very central spot, so that's to be expected.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed spending time there after wandering around the city. It had all the amenities I needed. The bed was also quite comfortable and the bedroom was very cozy and relaxing. Really nice views to the square below!

Was a bit dusty. Instructions for the heaters would be helpful though I did figure it out. No microwave.

The flat was very cold when I arrived (freezing January weather), but it got better as I got used to the electric heaters! Jacob was very helpful in letting me know how to find an electric blanket too.

The flat is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. I especially loved using the desk as a workspace and the fact that I was able to just connect my laptop to the TV using HDMI. There are also a few books in the flat which is always lovely! Jacob was also a great host and very responsive.

There was a slight stale smoke smell when first entering the apartment and I would have appreciated a new washing-up sponge and cloth but apart from that I really can't complain!

Lovely homely feel and a fantastic location. Great decor and very well equipped - had everything I needed. I loved being in the heart of the city and felt safe and secure.

I couldn’t fault anything.

This is an excellent property in a fantastic location in a brilliant a City. The apartment has everything you need for a great break. We stayed for a week while we moved our son over to University and we could not fault the place. We will definitely book again. Jacob was so responsive to messages and kept us fully informed at all times.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and provided us with everything we needed for the stay. The owner of the property kept us informed of how to find the property, details regarding entry codes, and how to access the keys. Cannot fault our stay here, will definitely be booking again in the future.

The apartment is beautiful, a good size, with great facilities and is in a fantastic location. The owner was very helpful and super quick to respond to queries!

Had to collect the keys from the train station, adds an unnecessary step. Cleaner was still there when we arrived so had to awkwardly wait for her to finish. Hot water seemed a bit on and off with only enough for one quick shower.

The bathroom floor and the bath mat was wet, when we arrived at 3.30. The towels were in the washer and we had to wait 5 hours for it to finish so we could take a shower to go out for the evening. So basically we had to take out the washing from the previous guest instead of having fresh dry towels ready for us. This was not acceptable!

The apartment was clean, good location comfortable to get to, well decorated. House is we equipped with all amenities like pots and pans and basic stuff like sugar. Jacob was available when you called him for help with key pick up information etc.
