Nothing, everything was great

The property was in a quiet holiday park. It was spotlessly clean, and there was a secure decking area with outside dining table. It was very comfortable, everything you needed was supplied. Nice walk to Hele Bay. A few minutes drive into Ilfracombe.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, however we could of done with some oven gloves and if there was a welly boot holder that would of been helpful but this did not effect our stay at all.

It was nice and clean. It was nicely decorated and in a great location. Very peaceful!

Getting to the site is a little tricky, it can be done but it's not for the faint hearted.

Location. Tucked away, quiet location, we had the pleasure of falling asleep listening to the little ford behind the bedroom. Clean accommodation, best equipped kitchen I've seen in a while. We were lucky to have good weather, I'll keep an eye out for this place to return.

Peaceful paradise was definitely peaceful, loved the stream running behind the caravan, was so quiet , clean , every one was friendly and helpful and listening to the owls was beautiful it was a well needed break wasn’t achievable with out the amazing Caroline , stunning park and outstanding host we will be back

Could have more essentials such as condiments/scissors etc, wasn't brilliantly equipped.

Lovely location and the site itself was very peaceful. Has a nature reserve walk on site so ideal for the dogs. WiFi was great and towels/bedding included. Fresh milk was a bonus.

Duvet on the double bed was very thin. It was a very hot week. The duvets on the single beds were sumptuous.

Position and size of the site. Peaceful. Personal touchs such as milk in the fridge on arrival. Caroline had thought of everything.

What a great little place, ideally located for a walk to the beach, coastal walks or trips out, caravan was spotless, host was great all set on a nice exceptional clean caravan park. We loved it.. 👌 And hopefully will return.

Nothing- it was all good.

This was our second stay at Peaceful Paradise and we enjoyed it just as much as we did last time, it met all our expectations. A lovely modern mobile home on the peaceful and well kept Hele Valley Holiday Park. Comfortable beds, a good easily adjustable shower, a spacious light modern living room/kitchen and a delightful terrace. Everything was sparkling clean. It was lovely to meet Caroline and to thank her personally for providing us with everything we needed for such a pleasant and enjoyable stay. For food we recommend the Hele Bay pub and the Indian restaurant 'Tandoori Nights' did a free delivery service to Hele Bay. This year we made good use of the open top Exmoor Coaster bus for riding back from Ilfracombe and Combe Martin and doing the longer exciting trip to Lynmouth. We also visited Lundy Island and spent a lovely day at the National Trust property Arlington House. We had a great holiday and hope to stay at Peaceful Paradise again.

Nothing. It was perfect.

so clean and peaceful. lovely stream at the rear which could be heard when in the bedroom. Such a surprise to find milk in the fridge, little treats on a tea tray and home made soap in the bathroom. The accommodation was immaculate and the hoist informative and professional. Definitely recommend and will return.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The caravan was modern and very clean it had everything you needed for a relaxing comfortable stay, with a little stream running at the back of the caravan. The beach was a 10 minute walk away.

Road access was mildly challenging, but not horrendous. Although there is an outside light at the accommodation, in the evenings, it is a little too dark to see the steps up to the decking.

The site itself was very well maintained. The accommodation was was clean, comfortable and perfect for our weekend stay.

I didn't stay long enough.

Only thing wring with my time here was that I didn't stay long enough. My stay was out of the holiday season so it was super quiet so I was able to totally relax. Great value for money for a 4 night stay. Accommodation was lovely, clean and the bed was very comfy. Dogs loved it to. Idea spot to explore Ilfracombe and surrounding areas with some great beaches for the dogs to have a good run around out of season. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lockbox was very low down and awkward to see. Tv only loads BBC stations. Not a problem if the weather is good but if you're stuck inside in bad weather. Not so good.

Caravan was immaculate with everything you would need to keep you going through your holiday. The site is in a beautiful valley, the staff are friendly and helpful, ( thanks to the guy who helped me with the aforementioned lockbox. I arrived after dark and couldn't see it). Five minutes walk away you have the lovely Hele beach and Hillsborough. Hillsborough is worth the climb for the amazing views over the North Devon coastline and across to South Wales. If you want a meal out Farmer Martin and his wife provide excellent fayre at Comyn Farm, situated at the end of the valley. Ilfracombe itself has plenty of eateries from chips to fine dining. 25 minutes walk away you have the High St and the harbour. Have a Hockings ice cream, visit Damien Hursts Verity, ( you either love her or hate her), and wander around the pretty harbour. There's so much to see it's hard to do in one visit. Enjoy your holiday

It really was Peaceful - lovely setting. the caravan was new and had plenty of space. The decking was an extra benefit and the holiday park owners were very helpful. Short walk to local beach and a 25 min walk down to the town. would definitely recommend. thank you Caroline
