No lounge space. TV in kitchen and one double room but none in the other rooms making it hard to relax in front of the tv at night when the kids are in bed.

Reasonably priced in comparison with neighbouring hotels and properties. Building access codes instead of keys. Property safe and secure all hours. Clean and generous size bedrooms. Beachfront with close and relatively cheap pay and display parking close by. TV has netflix and there is Wifi

Only comment is that the TV is in the kitchen and no couch/sofa to sit on (Just dining chairs). Maybe put a TV in each bedroom for more comfort watching. This does not deter from the fact that this is a wonderful apartment.

The owner kept in contact via SMS to inform of all door codes. There is a reception area but this isn't manned (No need for it), but the stairs and hallways leading to the rooms were spotless and clean. This continued upon entering the apartment, and all rooms were welcoming and clean. We loved the balcony area, and even though we never used it (Only stayed for 1 night), we will be coming back during the summer to make use of it and the wonderful views from it. Apartment is approx 5-10 min walk from the Grand Pier. Please also visit Birnbeck Pier (the Old Pier), as this needs regeneration funds and looks magnificent (Shame it was left in disrepair).

It would have been nice if the restaurant had been serving food but I also understand why they weren't. For those with any mobility issues there is no lift and also the pier/town centre is quite a walk from the location but not a problem for us.

Very clean 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The apartment is really nice and overlooks the sea at the far end of Weston-super-Mare. The staff were absolutely brilliant and made the trip to be honest. Very friendly and helpful. The bar was great.

The shower/ hot water definitely needs improvement..the hot water would either scold you or not ever be hot! And the oven isn't very good took us some time to cook breakfast, i understand it was a 3 bedroom accommodation but other then the very tight kitchen table there was no communal space..we ended up sitting on the floor in one bedroom to play a board game and watch a film in the evening, all in all it was just what was needed for 1 night..maybe a few nights the issues above mixed with the amount of stairs would be an issue for us.

Wonderful views! Bedrooms very spacious, very clean, parking just around the corner.

great placement at the end of the bay.. near to the little marine beach where the sea stays in. lovely sunny balcony watching the tide come in and then the lights of the big wheel as evening drew in.
