Cleaners were there when we arrived, but we did arrive early! They said they'd just be 10 minutes and we could go in, which they did, they said have a good stay and left. We left our bags and walked to the town, to then get a call asking up to go back as they needed keys. We walked the 15 min walk back up the hill and left the keys in the key safe, to then be told they'd got a spare set which they used. Just a lack of communication. TV was very difficult to use, had very little signal, we eventually got a few channels when aerial was stretched across room on a shelf. Also, no WiFi, which was advertised. I did message on booking.com and text about this, but had no reply.

Big enough for what we needed just for a weekend, and very clean. Shower was good.

There were a couple of negatives but they weren’t deal breakers! When we arrived there were 2 doors internally and we had to guess which one was ours as they weren’t marked, the shower pressure was a bit weak and the fact the bed was metal, meaning that it creaked every time you move leading to a mixed sleep.

It was exactly what we wanted, perfect little base within a reasonable walk from everything we wanted to do.

On booking I enquired about disability access and was told the studio was on the ground floor. This was the case but there were five very skinny steps that had to be negotiated by my husband. While he was able to do this it was dangerous. There were no rails to hold onto. Also, there were no grab rails in the shower nor a nonslip shower mat (although we traveled with one of these this time). It would be helpful to be provided with these details especially when you have indicated that someone in the group has a disability. It would also have been helpful to have some information supplied, especially for international travellers who are not used to local systems. For example how to complete the parking ticket and how to control the heating

If you want your stay ruined by lack of sleep due to the ridiculously squeaky metal bed creaking everytime someone moves then book this place! We booked Friday to Sunday & ending up spending what should have been a well-needed weekend away trying to sort alternative accommodation due to the nightmare we experienced here - to no avail - so were desperate to leave in the early hours of Sunday morning. Absolute waste of time and money. I really hope you resolve the issues so nobody else has to endure it. In addition to the bed (which was by far the biggest problem) we also found the following: * Nail cutting left by side of bed * Long dark hairs in bed, in shower & on plate in kitchen unit  * Dirty stained dining chairs * Dirty stained carpet * Missing shelf above sink * Damaged/rusty bins and toilet brush holder * Stained/chipped mugs * Uncomfortably hot (even with radiators turned off) * Wifi didn’t work * Shower didn’t drain * Towels smelt of food * Main front door sticks so makes a loud noise when opened/closed (more noticeable at 05:20am when used by the other flat) * Extractor fan in shower not working * Additional disturbance from fridge compressor kicking in * “Coffee machine” listed under “facilities” is actually just a kettle. * “Wardrobe/closet” listed under “facilities” is just a shelf & rail on the wall with 2 hangers.

Heaps of broken things, loose stuff or stuff about to break; it’s due a overhaul of all the details and I pity the guest staying when the little structure barely holding the fridge and microwave gives up; super noisy and uncomfortable bed; don’t know if it’s how expensive things are meant to be in Bath but for the price it was way too many defects

The shower had black mould and fixings that were unclean. The shelf above the sink was missing with just brackets remaining. The other shelf in the bathroom was sloping. There were wires trailing across the wall from the tv. There was a broken shelf serving no purpose by the TV. The bin lid in the lounge was broken. The metal bed was not great. It was like staying in student digs but we paid just under £300 for the privilege.

The parking all around the accommodation is permit parking only. We managed to find a street about a 10 minute walk away that we could park on but maybe include details of where these are in the guest handbook so people know where to head.

The location is ideal - really short walk into central bath, a couple of nice food and drink options within a 5 minute walk, and a co-op literally at the end of the road. The accommodation itself is great. It’s small but well presented and has what you need to form a base for a weekend away for a couple.
