Two conflicting sets of directions. We eventually found it after searching for about half hour Shower temperature extremely hot and we could not adjust it. Consequently our showers were dangerously hot The rug in the main room is curled up and is a trip hazard

Was given the incorrect key safe code and had to chase Pass The Keys. The complimentary milk was actually a solid block of rancid milk The freezer was completely iced up (not that we used it)

We liked everything about it and would stay again. You will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach this apartment, which we found fine. Person in flat below had a Valentine’s party so we worried it would be noisy all night but they all went out at 11.15pm and we didn’t hear a peep out of them for the rest of the 48 hours we were there. Make sure you download the pdf of instructions for finding this accommodation/key safe as the 4G reception in Bath centre is a bit hit and miss. We visited a cafe with WiFi in the end!

Good living areas and well equipped modern kitchen, lovely double aspect lounge with rooftop views, pretty bedrooms, fresh bathroom. Very clean (any concerns about cleaning in previous reviews have been resolved) Location couldn’t have been better for shopping and sight-seeing. We parked easily in The Podium carpark nearby. Timely and helpful communication/welcome from owner. Good WiFi. Staff working in nearby restaurants were quiet and courteous.

Although the 2 bedrooms were beautifully presented they could have been furnished more practically for a tourist. For example the decorative cushions on the beds ended up on the floor or the chair. Although clothes hanging was provided, from a rental point of view I would suggest the space could have been better utilised to fit in a wardrobe or chest of drawers. We managed fine for 3 days but we did use both bedrooms which we could not have done had there been 4 of us. Also the weather was good so we did not have coats / boots etc to contend with. This is offered as constructive criticism. We loved the apartment and felt very comfortable

The location of the apartment was perfect. Central and close to al the main tourist attractions. It was clear that the apartment had been recently revamped. Everything seemed new and fresh. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

We couldn't get in at check-in time due to an issue with the key and lock, but after an hour and multiple phone calls, someone came and saved us! Be aware there's a lot of stairs too! Everything else was great.

We loved the apartment itself, beautifully decorated with comfy beds and brilliant central location.
