The room was fantastic and very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were on point and the shower was amazing. The hotel offered parking permits at a cost but was cheaper and more convenient than finding a local NCP or a parking fine on your car.

The shower was unfortunately broken and only scorching hot water could come out. I told the staff, and they tried to fix it, but couldn’t.

Our TV didnt seem to work but it wasnt a big deal for us anyways. A mini fridge of some sort would have been handy but this is more nit picking rather than any actual issue

If being extremely picky, the walls were quite thin so could hear other guests and the reception area as people came in and out. But I had ear plugs, so problem solved!

We loved everything!! Location was great for us, a short walk down the seafront to Brighton. The staff that welcomed us was lovely and friendly. We booked the room with the four poster bed and it was SO COMFY!!! And so well priced. Will come again!!

Water pressure for the shower was very poor which was the only disappointment. The fact that I paid for a parking permit to still get a ticket I now have to fight even though the permit was displayed is really annoying but that is the councils moronic staff not being able to open their eyes. Just annoying it happened.

situated close to the beach, quiet and wifi was great. short walk from everything you could need. lovely little place. would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit. Staff were lovely too, very friendly.

The personnel is very nice and helpfull. The room was exactly what I was expecting, the bed is comfy. The location is perfect, just few minutes to the Brighton Beach and the downtown. I higly recommand this small hotel.

The windows in the small single room didn't seal very well so there was there was cold air coming in, but there was a heater in the room. I probably wouldn't have had to have it so high if the windows were sealed better.

Charlotte was very helpful and responsive. The location was nice near the water and about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton.

Was given a hairdryer with a non UK plug. Free shampoo but no shower gel. Radiator in bathroom not working but not a problem Was given a room downstairs so could hear people coming and going .

There could be a headboard on the bed. The mattress was very hard. The small table was dusty.

Somewhere to hang up coats and clothes. Wardrobe was provide but no rail to hang anything up. No issue, but just meant the small room was cluttered with all our crap laying about! Forgot my own hairdryer, one was provided, but the plug didn't fit any of the sockets.
