Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIt was all fabulous. If I had one criticism, it would be that the bedroom could've been bigger, but that's it. There isn't a lot Aymen and Pete can do about that. They have made space for guests downstairs however and it all feels very home from home, and is very relaxing.
Aymen and Pete were amazing hosts. They literally couldn't do enough for us. We felt very looked after. Aymen's breakfasts were exceptionally nice. The flavour combinations he put together were absolutely stunning! The best food we ate on our stay by a country mile 😋

CanadaThe room was a bit small but still workable
Aymen and Pete are very welcoming, and Aymen's breakfasts are amazing. He is a master chef. The location was very close to everything, directly between the Tor/chalice well and the Abbey. Also, the B and B is on the St Michael Ley line, which is pretty cool.

United KingdomEverything was perfect!
I don't think I have ever felt so well looked after in any other B&B or hotel that I have stayed in as I did here. Aymen and Pete are such warm, kind people who really value their guests and put so much love and care into everything. From the wonderful breakfasts, the beautiful fresh flowers on the breakfast table to the lovely garden - everything was just right. The room was bright and spacious, everything was superclean and the location is great also. The Chalice Well Gardens as well as the path leading up to the Tor are just around the corner, and the High Street and the Abbey are equally just a short stroll away.

Pete and Aymen, the hosts, really go out of their way to make your stay special. Aymen cooks an amazing breakfast, really set us up for the day. His home made damson jam was delicious too! The room was spotlessly clean. There are communal areas to use at didn't have the chance to use them during our stay. There was just a very welcoming vibe in general.

We highly recommend staying at Parsnips House in Glastonbury. Pete and Aymen are excellent hosts who made us feel welcome and amazingly looked after from the minute we literally arrived (parked) to the time we had to say goodbye. The food is 1st class quality, filled with flavour, freshly homemade with local produce, and beautifully prepared with so much love and skill that you never want to leave. Aymen is a subbed chef who cooks absolutely delicious breakfast, from the traditional cooked English, the cooked Vegetarian (amazingly beautiful and yummy even if you are non-vegetarian), to the divine and uniquely prepared omelettes, in addition to the perfect homemade biscuits and delicious Sicilian coffee and world teas. The House and the bedrooms are beautiful, very comfortable, extremely clean, and feel like home. The conservatory, where we have breakfast and tea, overlooks the old garden filled with character and is relaxing and very welcoming. The location of the Parsnip House is perfect, being at short walking distance from the Abbey and the shops in the Centre of Glastonbury, as well as extremely close to the sacred places of the Chalice Well, White Spring, and the Tor. Some things have to be experienced and are difficult to explain. Very simply, Aymen and Pete just got it right by putting so much love and their beautiful personalities into how they welcome their guests and make them feel at home by trying to accommodate your every need (even the ones you did not know you had)! Parsnip House is not only an amazing place to stay but also a unique, friendly and homely place that is so naturally created by its hosts, filled with love, warmth, beautiful energy and absolutely divine food. We will return many times, for sure.

An absolutely stunning B&B combining vibes of a small cottage in South of France with a 5 star hotel service! The hosting of a gorgeous couple, especially Ayman with his magic touch to make you feel looked after and nurtured. A magical place to rewind, relax and recuperate. United KingdomThe breakfasts were delicious and there was a great deal of choice. My room was spotless and very comfortable with an excellent shower. The hosts Pete and Aymen made me feel very welcome; the breakfast/dining area was a sort of conservatory; really nice table linen and cutlery/crockery. There were nice touches such as a posy of flowers on the table.
