The location is superb giving easy access to main attractions in Poole and the ferry port. The hosts are very accommodating. The late check in service is a bonus as I arrived on the ferry. I had stayed here before so I knew that high standards are kept. I will certainly stay again.

I’m not a fan of shared bathroom facilities but I knew this was what was provided and there were no queues!

This was the second time I stayed at Poole Park House and the ease of access, the cleanliness and comfort and quality of the room, tea and coffee facilities, the provision of free snacks, easy parking and above all the value for money make this a first choice for staying in Poole.

Shower was a little disappointing.

Very nice suite ..... My daughter was very pleased with her separate room, and said it was nicer than her bedroom at home! Lovely bright rooms, sofa in the master a bonus for the babysitter whilst we were out. Incredible value for money. Snacks v much appreciated after coming back from a party.

The only area for improvement is the duvet. The bed had a very thick, I assume 15 tog, duvet on in a mild April. I didn't sleep that well as it was way too hot for the conditions and yet too cold out of the duvet. A much thinner spring/ summer duvet would make more sense but, that was my only issue.

The location was excellent. The room had everything I needed. It was clean. I will stay there again as it makes sense for the costs of the room.

I sensed that the walls might be a little thin in some cases and the shared bathroom facilities might not suit all but means that the cost stays very low.

Access was straightforward if anonymous; the room was very comfortable and clean and supplied with generous tea and coffee facilities; there was a very comfortable sitting room and a free coffee machine and welcome snacks; good parking space; the guest house is extremely good value for money.

Would be nice if more rooms had en suites ( our single rooms didn’t) but we knew in advance and it wasn’t a big deal. There was a sink in our rooms though. No breakfast available but again we knew in advance. Lots of eateries nearby .

Rooms and house had lovely decor . There was a little sitting room too ( which we didn’t get time to use but could have). Parking for 5 or so cars. We paid to extend our parking over the day which was very much appreciated as we were at an event in town . B&B is very close to the town and also next to lovely Poole Park .

We had a brilliant overnight stay. Clear communication with easy to follow instructions! Lovely location right by the big park, not too far from town, very homely and comfortable would highly recommend, lovely staff convenient to be able to park, lovely extra touches with the communal lounge/ drinks station very much appreciated 😃

The bathroom was not on suite which wasn’t 100% ideal but unavoidable and not an issue at all ! More complimentary snacks with slight more variety would be nice but again fine the way it was tbh. Cleaners were a little loud calling to eachother up and down the hall especially in the morning when trying to sleep .

The room and all areas were beautifully decorated, so comfortable and clean with all the essentials ! Great coffee machine in additional area and lovely little clean bathroom.

Having a separate bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but my room had a private shower and toilet.

This is a good location close to the town centre and has its own parking. It was very clean and well presented.
