My room was not cleaned, and my beddings not changed for all the 3 nights! Also breakfast served late. I wish it started at 7:00am instead. I missed almost all my breakfast because of my schedule yet I chose the place because of "bed and breakfast".

It's quiet and peaceful with a reading table wardrobe, drawers and dressing mirror. Also has a private bathroom which is large enough

I may have been unlucky but the first room the shower cabinet leaked, soaking the bedroom carpet. When I was shifted to another room there was no thermostat on the radiator so the room was too hot. The free breakfast consisted of cereal. toast and instant coffee. I may have missed this when booking.

A bit tatty and on WIFI in room 10, so do to go into the corridor. Just what they called a "cold" breakfast i.e. cereal, tea and toast.

The usb charger wasn’t working and no hot water in the morning for a shower. No one on desk to rectify it.

Found a couple of hairs on a pillow. The shower pressure was very poor. Couldn’t really have a proper shower. Wallpaper was peeling a bit. Averagely clean. Could do with more attention to cleaning in general.

It was a gorgeous place! Asthetically pleasing for sure! Nice looking rooms! Bed was relatively comfortable too! No hassle access also. Understanding staff! Can’t fault them on a service front. Nicely presented initially.

Building needs some TLC. Breakfast room could nor fit all guests. Very basic breakfast tea, toast, cereal. Big queue to use small toaster. Room ok, but some signs of mould around windows, .maybe just need to be opened and ventilated a bit more. Cords for curtains in bedroom and blinds in bathroom did not work.

Dirty carpet, we had a room in a outside building, I asked to use the bathroom when we arrived and it was dirty, the room and the toilet was disgusting, Good job we had a room in a different building as we was ready to run

Breakfast is cold vs others nearby like the Claremont doing hot breakfasts. I didn't try the breakfast here as I didn't trust it not to have sat out for days-weeks given the impression I got of the rest of the hotel. I slept im the bed and left ASAP. Staff member was fine. He was distracted by something and took his time coming to help. That gave me 10-15 minutes in the foyer/reception. Reception have some pretty unpleasant signage up about the hotel being used by various ethnicities as a brothel and requesting guests keep an eye out for suspicious activity from women or men coming/going and also to keep an eye out for drug use. It is normal to see a sign warning guests they can't smoke or take drugs in rooms but this was more like a plea for you to help them stop criminality in their hotel. It's a bit much and you think twice about the bed you're sleeping in. Sort your security out yourselves and get rid of the signs. The bed was clean but the rest of the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Basic maintenance and decor are an issue. The walls under the fan were stained with dark drip stains down the wall, the toilet and shower need bleached and scrubbed. Everything was dusty and dirty. One of the two curtains had been torn entirely from the wall so the light came streaming into the room from streetlights and early morning sun. The kettle was brown inside; no kettle would have been preferable to this. Lots of cigarette butts and rubbish outside the window. It would take a couple hours to sort all of this out. Nothing here is difficult or costly. I don't mind basic accommodation at a cheaper price, but feeling somewhere is dirty and potentially unsafe is quite different.

Cheapest place I could find. Car parking good. Bed was clean.

Breakfast does not start until 8am and most workers are gone by 0730 am. It was also only going to be a cold breakfast which we did not want so went to McDonalds instead.

Value for money it was as it was only for one night. Would not do more than one night. Pub 10 minutes walk away served excellent food.
