Some of the doors were a bit stiff maybe but didn't really affect our stay as they were still well sound-proofed.

Great place for a lovely weekend of peace and quiet with all ages. Really enjoyed the opportunity to have people get together in the barn and greatly stocked with kitchenware which helped us have a great evening in.

Excellent location within walking distance of Silverstone circuit. Nancy, our host, was very easy to contact and extremely friendly and helpful setting up the accommodation to suit our group.

It was dry when we were there but the track in is probably quite muddy when it rains. The only other thing was that personally I thought the bed a little hard.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and very will equipped. There was tea and coffee and even some fresh milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated. Set on a farm it is surrounded by lovely countryside. It was very convenient for an event at Blackpit Brewery and is also very close to Silverstone. Great shower.

It’s a bit out of the villages BUT almost next to Silverstone circuit.

Very spacious house. A beautiful open modern kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of kitchen tools and utensils. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Above expectation!

On booking.com it was listed as a 2 bedroom house & not a first floor barn conversion. Although we appreciate it is a working farm we we’re surprised at the large amount of sheep that were moved to a field near to the bedroom windows on one of the nights so sleeping was difficult

My accommodation was excellent - particularly appreciated the fan given how hot it was - so there was almost nothing I didn't like! I think the only thing I noticed that could have been different was the addition of decaf coffee sachets to the free tea and coffee, but it's such a minor thing that it wasn't a problem at all.

Nancy was very accommodating of me (and others staying at a different house on the same site) needing to store our bags there on the Sunday morning, as we were at a nearby event that ran until 3pm. Absolute pleasure to stay there, and would do again should there be space available there when future events are on!

Nicely renovated property on a farm, very quiet and peaceful. we were there for British Superbikes and walked to the track and back which is not too far but a little dangerous as the bank is quite narrow in places. Rooms are well equipped and the cookies were a nice surprise. The views across the countryside are lovely too.

Superb renovation on a working farm! really comfy & well decorated! All facilities in excellent order with a well stocked bathroom & kitchen! lovely views in beautiful countryside! we traveled about 4 miles to a local pub in Buckingham- The Wool Pack! fantastic food at a great price! Well worth the visit although the parking for the pub is hit & miss! we definitely plan to return!

No soundproofing. v noisy above us, we could hear conversations as if in the same room. No private areas to sit outside it felt v exposed we closed the blinds.
