It was very clean and all facilities were in good condition. Iris went above and beyond to help me get checked in early. All members of staff were very friendly when seen around the hotel.

Ordered a round of drink which took quite a bit of discussion to finally get what we ordered.

Pretty clean and comfortable, had a good welcome after driving a long way to get there.

The shower door was faulty so the cubicle leaked water, it didn't effect our stay but it meant the bathroom floor was wet. Also our room was next to the lift shaft, sadly that gentle hum was annoying all night long!! Maybe only use that room if you're full.

Great location, easy walk into city centre. Room was clean and tidy. Just what we wanted.

Unfortunately no vegan options were available for room service in the evening and limited hot vegan options available at breakfast.

Great room and staff, they did awesome with the special request which really made my partner happy. The hotel isn't too far from the train station which is a plus, but it's far enough from the centre for the area to be quiet. The staff were so lovely and everyone we encountered was really great. Had a couple issues that I brought up at reception and it was dealt with immediately. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and the room was a great size, the bathroom was great, the shower had great pressure and the provided shower gel etc was nice since I forgot to pack mine!

They locked the door and You have to check with security to get in.. Come on!..This is stars hotel and in centre of Birmingham and road of night out,NOT hostel.. You feel uncomfortable.. Hope they change that soon.

I stayed many times at park Regis Birmingham and always have good experience in everything staff,location, service etc.. Best hotel in Birmingham so far..Defo I will come back again.

The area was very loud and felt a bit unsafe at night. Breakfast is more expensive if you pay on the day, so I would suggest pre booking

We booked breakfast, which if the staff managed properly would have been great. Cold food and buffet not topped up enough. It was busy, but staff were not cleaning tables or topping up drinks and food stations, which made it not feel like value for money

I always use Park Regis for my stays in Birmingham. Ive always really enjoyed my stay and had good experiences. Recently the standards are slipping and the prices are increasing. Mould around shower. Conditioner by the sink and hand wash in the shower (bottles wrong way round). Thin walls - can hear next door. Lots of pigeons outside my room which kept me awake. Rude staff on reception - I always ask for a VAT receipt, and staff say it isn't possible to print one. But when I insist, they can. Service charge on every food bill and drink bill - even on drinks you go to the bar and order.

The location is good, and the fact it has a carpark is a bonus. The restaurant and food menu is always great when I have been. I like the fact it has a gym also.
