Couldn’t actually see a sign saying Paradise Lawn - but we may have missed it. We were unsure about parking but it was a weekend and we were able to park just outside.

Clean, comfortable cottage. Central location. Everything there that we needed. Just felt like a home from home.

This was my third stay at this property in Paradise Lawn South Molton. As always, it was spotlessly clean, warm, bright and comfortable. I especially like the bathroom, which is spacious with a large walk-in shower and delightful bath. There's a downstairs loo in case anyone is lingering in the bath! The location is great, near to a variety of shops and cafes.

No parking, not insurmountable, and you can easily park up to load/unload.

Beautifully appointed cottage in a quiet but central position. Lovely to have a few supplies and a caffetier.

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like about this property. It is one of the nicest we have stayed in - we visit South Molton often to see our little granddaughter and her family.

The house is situated in the heart of South Molton in a private gated area set back from the main road. It is a traditional style house with a porch and small, attractive front garden with a patio table and chairs. There is a long sitting/dining room with a galley kitchen off as well as a utility room and cloakroom. The bathroom upstairs is large and attractive with a walk-in shower and separate bath. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with 3ft bunk beds. The house is conveniently situated near to shops, cafes and supermarkets and yet is peaceful and quiet both at night and during the day.

Just a personal preference but the bed was quite soft. Again just a personal thing but otherwise can’t fault it at all

Location was great and the place was really well equipped with anything you could need. Lesley was super helpful and I would 100% stay again.

The house is laid out lovely, it's cosy but spacious. Very clean and modern feel but still feels like a cottage. Lesley is fantastic, very communicative and you can tell she outs a lot of effort into the property.

It was a great little place for us to stay for a couple of nights. Right in the centre of South Molton but set back from the road which made it quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy and we felt very much at home. I trust we left it in the state we found it 😊

It was a shame that there was no dedicated parking especially when arriving & leaving

Clean, well decorated and equipped. Good location. Nice little garden at the front with fairy lights. Great place to rest and explore North Devon. Good restaurants and facilities near by.

We only stayed for 4 nights!!!

From arrival to departure we were totally relaxed and Lesley was always helpful. Fantastic central situation with all facilities within 5 minutes walk. Cottage finished to the highest standard and lacking in nothing. Perfect base for exploring North Devon by car or by bus pass. Thanks Lesley, we had a fantastic stay. Peggy and Roger.😊😊

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful house very well equipped couldn't have asked for more. Very nice touch with the welcome pack and fresh milk in the fridge etc. Very quiet at night slept really well and very comfy beds. The decor is really nice and the house is kept to a very high standard. When we arrived the house was immaculate and very clean and I am very fussy about cleaniness and i was impressed with how clean it was so 5 star. We visited some lovely places and a wonderful hoilday. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Downstairs toilet needed multiple flushes on occasion. A little overlooked by neighbours. Pillows were quite hard. No parking.

Good size cottage and rooms with nice little outside seating area. Well presented with stylish décor and nice touches such as milk, welcome pack, board games, hairdryer, pot of sand for cigarette buts and kitchen, laundry equipment. Very clean and homely. A lovely bathroom with deep bath and good shower.
