Parking can be a little bit tricky as you're right on the main road, but amble space just off on the side streets.

Beautiful views out over the Harbour, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great facilities, everything you'd need already provided. Only stayed for one night, but could happily spend a week there with everything supplied and how spacious it is.

Lack of sufficient beds (the sofa is an outdated, extremely uncomfortable bed which is supposed to be suitable for 2 adults. There was not enough towels and no parking although there are car parks near by.

The two couches are low to the ground, and it has stairs so if mobility is a concern take this into consideration. The flat is on the street so if it is busy, which is wasn't, or someone is smoking you may have some noise/pollution. Not bad, or very noticeable for our stay.

The location was PHENOMENAL. We were absolutely shocked at how amazing this location was. We could have spent our entire holiday based from here. Location 10/10, view 20/10, facilities 9/10. It had a working kitchen.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Exceptional views of oban from the windows. Apartment was clean to a very high standard and the owners had brilliant communication throughout our stay.

I was disappointed by the overall standard of this property. Facilities provided were very minimal - e.g. no shower gel or shampoo. The décor is well past its best and the TV proved complicated to set up. Heating is through plug-in electric radiators and not adequate for what turned out to be a cold wet day. Parking is 5 minutes walk away, though it is possible to unload/load in front of the property if the space is not already taken.

The location is central with good views over the sea. There is an excellent restaurant (the Cuan-Mor) a few doors away.

only 4 seats at table in kitchen so one person had to stand or sit in the living room but this was manageable.

The property was amazing for us. easy to find, had everything we needed for our family break. Was like home away from home. Check out was earlier than our bus so we asked if we could store our bags for a couple of hours to save carrying them around Oban. This was not a bother at all. would definitely recommend this property for family breaks and will definitely use again.

Apartment that could be a wee goldmine if updated with a little luxury. Like couch 🛋 and chairs 💺 tv that works nice decor. Only my opinion i would spend some cash on upgrading it. Other than that wee had a lovely stay. Ps get new sofas 🛋 arse and legs sore 😂 .

View from apartment was something else 😍. Right in the centre of town plenty places to eat and shop till you drop 😋.

Satellite TV without a viewing card = BBC 1 to Chanel 5. (Just 5 programmes then you need the sky viewing card) The the owners have been aware of for ages by looking at the reviews but done nothing Freeview would be better. Lounge the most uncomfortable black retro 60s settees I have ever sat on. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE is a good description, I would presume purchased because they were cheap and folded down to make a so called 9 person apartment with only 1 toilet!. We paid over £400 for 2 nights for 2 of us that the payment was taken several days before we arrived! The place was a disappointment. If I go on a bit more the oven extractor needed a more than a clean a replacement would be the only alternative. For the owners of the property I would have the electrics checked (Our company would have failed the property). Booking.com This property is misleading to say it is 8.9 that they have framed up by the window. I would rate it as a 7.

The layout of the apartment was strange ,it def needs a makeover in terms of colour scheme and the sofas in the lounge were most uncomfortable to sit on. The electrics are old and in the strangest places and what is it with a fire (I presume a convector type on the wall behind one of the sofas). No mirror in the second bedroom but two in the front one. Just needs some new furniture and a more refreshed decor . PS the entrance hallway to the apartment def needs laminate not the carpet currently there as it does not give a good first impression. With some thought this apartment could be turned into a quality place providing money is spent in the upgrade .

Absolutely brilliant location . Very clean and enough plates cutlery etc. Bed linen clean but poor quality along with towels but could have used a little fabric softner as they were on the rough side.
