The only thing for us was the location having walking difficulties we had to use the car every day but that is just a personal problem.

The owners were incredibly friendly and so helpful. We had a last minute unexpected change of plans and they were so kinda to accommodate and let us check out later than planned. The room was stunning. So well designed and everything was very high quality. Great location, a short walk to the harbour and lovely beach nearby with a cafe. On the coastal path route.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a very spacious apartment that truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to all the facilities it offered. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful sight of beautiful cut flowers in the room, which added a personal touch that I greatly appreciated. It's these small details that really make a difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment's location was another major highlight. It was perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area without having to travel too far. This convenience added a lot of value to my stay, as I could spend more time enjoying my visit and less time worrying about transportation. Additionally, as a tea lover, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality tea selection available. It was a delightful surprise that enhanced my mornings and evenings, allowing me to indulge in some of my favorite flavors as well as discover new ones. However, one aspect that could be improved was the temperature of the apartment. It was a bit cold, which, while not a deal-breaker, did require me to bundle up more than I would have liked. A slight adjustment to the heating could easily remedy this and make the space even more comfortable. Overall, my experience was very positive. The spaciousness of the apartment, along with its excellent location and thoughtful touches like the cut flowers and tea selection, made my stay enjoyable. With a minor tweak to the heating, I believe this apartment would be absolutely perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

An amazing property that has been lovingly decorated throughout. Great location for walking to the town centre and also exploring the nearby costal walks. The room was immaculate and furnished to a very high standard. We were greeted with a very nice welcome and quickly left to our own devices, which we appreciate.

The only minor downside to the apartment was the lack of a portable mirror and available socket to do hair and makeup.

The apartment was well located as it was within walking distance to the beach and town, also good communication with the owner/host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Nothing - easily the best apartment I've stayed in.

Palm Grove was perfect for our short trip to Torquay. My partner and I loved our stay and would happily book to stay again. The apartment was spotless, with brand-new furnishings and a high-quality kitchen that was more than an adequate for a three-night stay. The location is beautiful, just 5-10 mins walk from the coast and a similar distance to Torquay Harbour. The apartments themselves have lovely gardens with outdoor furniture - perfect for hosting guests our relaxing in the sunshine. However, our hosts were the most memorable part of the trip. Anthony and David were welcoming hosts, greeting us with a friendly face on our arrival and even offering us a lift to the station when our taxi didn't arrive.

Host was welcoming and friendly. The apartment itself was lovely, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. There were lots of nice additional touches too. The whole building always smelt clean and fresh and the gardens outdoors were very nice to walk through each day. Location was great, walkable distance to town and some nature walks. We wanted somewhere to stay for our daughter's wedding based at the Imperial Hotel in Torquay. We came across Palm Grove Apartments and struck gold! We had 3 apartments, one was a 2 bedroom, and all of them were to a very high standard and prefect for our needs. The hosts could not have done more, very friendly and great communication. We would not look elsewhere if we were to stay in Torquay for another occasion
