no elevator and my room was on 3rd floor. but the receptionist will help you bring up/down your luggage.

I checked in at 8 pm and had to ring the bell since the entrance door was locked. The receptionist came from the sister hotel (Westbourne Hyde Park) across and helped me check in & brought the luggage up to the 3rd floor.

We were surprised that there were no bar facilities, but theu were at the sister hotel across the road. We managed the stairs well, but may be a challenge to others.

View was good, room was quiet, we were at the top. Bed was comfy, facilities in the room were good and all very clean. Room temperature was easy to set.

The bed was a little hard, however I like a soft mattress.

The hotel was in a amazing location close to shops and Paddington station to arrive from the Heathrow express. The hotel is modern and clean. The room is quite small but that is to be expected in Central London. The shower had good water pressure and we had a balcony and the roomed lots of natural light. The hotel stored our luggage for us after we checked out which was really convenient.

Could use a little TLC touch up. Walls were scuffed and smudged, the desk surface was burnt and peeling. Pillows were rock-hard.

Great, convenient location on a decently quiet street, but still close to Paddington, which is what we needed. Convenient markets and restaurants nearby.

Basin a bit small. Cold water pressure a bit low. Shower door left a gap which meant water sprayed onto floor.

Great location. About 5-6 mins walk from the Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations, which makes it very convenient to travel around London. Hyde Park is also 5 mins away on foot. There are also many restaurants and cafe around so you have many options to choose from. My room was big enough for one person, but this is the typical room size in London. It was very quiet during the night so you definitely get a good nights sleep. the staff were always helpful and friendly.

Confusing on leaving you need key card to exit but asked to put key card in box on unmanned reception which isn’t near the door.

The hotel and the room were freshly painted and clean. Was on the third floor so very quiet. Will stay here again as close to Paddington and good restaurants.

The bathroom was a bit small. When comparing to the pictures before arrival I was surprised at how small it was. There was hardly any room in the bathroom for toiletries and the shower was tiny.

Nice and spacious room. A short distance from the tube and everything was very clean. Excellent service and I really enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely book again. The room was also quiet and the bed was really nice.

No lift. Leakage in the ceiling. I stayed two nights and in the second night it started to rain after a week with almost no rain. Suddenly I was waken by a big water leakage from the ceiling into my bed. It was next to electric circuitry, and therefore, apart from the discomfort, there was also fear of an electric shock. I had to pack and be moved to another hotel in the same street in the middle of the night, under constant rain. The staff was very helpful. The issue is that there was already visible damage in the ceiling before it started to rain, and I understood later on that the hotel knew this was a risk and still rented the room. I asked for a full refund of only this night where I couldn’t rest, and unfortunately they refused it and offered a partial refund instead. It was before an early flight l, so I couldn’t rest which was the purpose of the stay. I find it’s regrettable that they didn’t assume full responsibility for a major issue like this.
