We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt would have been lovely to have a ‘welcome pack’. Milk & biscuits and ice in a bucket perhaps. The basin in the bathroom was very slow to run away (maintenance required). The shower is ‘weak’ perhaps this could be looked at, a good shower is essential!

United KingdomWe would have like a small freezer compartment in the fridge for ice blocks for picnic bags and also some side tables so that when sitting drinking coffee/wine on the sofa, you don't have to put your cup/glass on the floor. Coasters!
Very friendly staff, clean comfortable apartment, lots of nice fluffy towells of a decent size, coffee machine, very close to the the beach, free parking that we were able to use ahead of book in time and after we checked out.

United KingdomWindows didn't open very far which is shame (or at least we couldn't figure out how to open them.) Apartment on the top floor meant getting bags, dog bed, food supplies up several flights of stairs took a while - would be good to know more about accessibility in advance.
Staff were very friendly. It was very busy in the restaurant when we arrived so the exchange with the keys was pretty limited. Bed was comfortable. Loads of hot water which was great as it was wet and windy. Definitely pet friendly which was nice as sometine this is not the case on arrival.

United KingdomLiving room sofas not very comfortable and not really enough room for 2 adults, teenagers and a dog! Shower was okay, but would benefit from updating not very powerful. We were going to eat in the Oyster Bar one night but found it quite overpriced. If you have a dog, head to the beach at Rock its very dog friendly.
lovely location, great view from apartment, apartment very clean. liked that we had some toiletries (shower gel / shampoo) and lovely clean fluffy towels. There was kitchen stuff (dishcloth, washing up liquid, extra black bag) and dog bowls, poo bags and a beer was a nice touch! Dog was very happy! Bedrooms nice, our teenagers didn't mind sharing with nice bunk beds and one single bed. Main double bed could do with a new mattress. Very close to beach and the Surf Side rum bar on the beach was really lovely.

The sofas were both broken which we didn't realise until we sat on them and the bathroom could do with a refresh. The entrance to the apartments was a bit scruffy - maybe it was because we were out of the main season and there is still work to do.
Great value stay and good location. The apartment is large and well appointed. Great views of the beach.
