Sadly, the view from our room was over the carpark. To be fair, we knew there wasn't a sea-view room available when we booked. Also there were some renovations going on in the corridors of the hotel but they caused little problem

Price was a bit high for the standard of rooms. Building work was going on during our stay.

Location and food was very good. They let us leave a van there for a week.

The heated towel rail didn’t work and our room could have benefited from more places to which hang clothing/coats.

Comfort modern rooms in a great location over looking the loch. Lovely food and attentive staff. Very pleasant pub as part of the property next door.

There was no WiFi in our room and the tv reception was dodgy. Tried watching grand designs and Kevin McCloud had a stutter due to the poor reception.

Very friendly staff. Food excellent t at both dinner and breakfast. Bed comfy. Shower amazing. Great location.

Didn't realise bedrooms were in the roof space, at 6'4" I struggled to stand up in most of the bedroom. It was unfortunate that work was being carried out at during our stay, felt a bit like a building site in some of the public areas. This will soon be resolved once the work is completed.

The renovations are a little inconvenient, however not intrusive.

The property is currently under renovation however our room was complete. Spacious facility, clean and very comfy. The staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was as exceptional! Spotting otters and seals was just the cherry on the top !

There was construction going on and it was a pain to walk from the back of the hotel parking area to the front- Especially when traveling with elderly parents. In the morning, we moved the cars to the front to load them. It was a beautiful sunny day when we arrived, which meant the Seaview rooms had direct sun streaming into them. This made them uncomfortably warm. The only way to cool them was by opening the window, but there were street noise, and no breeze came in when the blinds were closed. My parents room had a fan in it, but ours did not. It was difficult to sleep as it was so hot. While, the evening staff were very gracious, the breakfast stuff was less so.  I would book this again, if traveling alone with my husband. But it was pricey when traveling with children. (our other accommodations fell through due to flooding, it has half the cost)

What a beautiful location and a beautiful view! I had a Seaview room and could have sat for hours looking out the window. The bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the pub where the staff was incredibly accommodating to our large party. Breakfast was good as well with plenty of options. There was a parking lot in back, which, luckily we got the last two spots for. There was a treat, along with the coffee maker, which always raises my opinion of a hotel!

Current renovation works meant the corridor resembled a building site! But the room was fine so, while it was a bit disconcerting, it didn't actually affect my stay!
