Didn’t like the pool area. Couldn’t get a drink at the bar as it was waiter service only and we waited ages, ended up leaving as didn’t like the area. Felt quite claustrophobic as only a small area and no sunbeds available. I’m not great with heights so didn’t like being that high up. Personal choice but the pools fault :)

Location is brilliant. Hotel was quite busy when we were there which was really nice. Bar area pleasant and good drinks. We stayed room only so can’t comment on the food. Hotel is quite basic but clean and tidy and in a fabulous location.

No kettle facilities I had to pay additional cost for this. The lifts took too long so I used stairs at floor 7 Complimentary drink didn’t use on first day but when I did go to use it the following day I was told it had to be used on first day which was fine it was only some kind of wine but still the hotel wouldn’t provide it

Bathroom in our room was so small - we didn't mind the transparent door but room was really tiny

Air con was set to 22 couldn’t put it lower, so room temperature never went below 25.5, was to hot especially for August, also room was small . Swimming pool far to small for amount of guests.

Can only say about our room, it needs refurbishing/updating. Bit of a problem getting to the rooftop pool from where we were in a different block.

Swimming pool really packed at all time, we didn’t feel comfortable staying there and the bar staff are not friendly, we didn’t feel welcomed! They took long to attend us! Cleaners were not approachable Balcony needed painting, it looks really bad The cushions were not comfortable at all, I was having neck and back pain at night and morning

The location was excellent Most of reception staff were friendly I loved the shower! My daughter and I were having a shower twice a day The air conditioner was amazing The bed was comfortable We loved the shop inside hotel! Beautiful

There were a lot of small inconveniences that accumulate, making the stay not so pleasant, e.g. everything comes with extra charge, the elevators in the hotel are the most mind-boggling we have ever seen, AC can only be adjusted by a maintenance guy, pool towels are paid/reimbursed at the reception but can only be collected/returned at the pool bar (which is sometimes a pain to get to because of the beforementioned elevators), pool bar orders can only be made at the table and getting the one waiter working at the pool to get to you takes forever, etc etc. Also the pool is quite small for the size of the hotel and all sunbeds are taken/reserved within the first half hour of the day.

Breakfast is good, location near train station and beach is great.

Pool was great and hotel in a good position & was to an overall good standard ( worth the extra for sea view ) lovely breakfast & VERY close to shops and MANY restaurants would return without ANY hesitation!!

Unfortunately the room doors slam shut so a constant run of bangs throughout the evening depending on what time guests are coming back from evening meal/entertainment

The staff are friendly and helpful however the rooms are small and 'awkward' and in serious need of updating. The sky bar/pool was lovely but overcrowded.

1. Air-conditioning in the hotel lobby is amazing, if only this also goes for the room, as it did not cool nearly as much and kept the room warm. 2. Rooftop pool has limited beds, not once in our 5 days stay were we able to find shaded beds 3. Elevator situation is not ideal (3 very slow elevators for 16 floors)

The location is the best part of the hotel, 7 mins walk from the train station to the airport and only a minute from the nearest beach, with all shops and restaurants nearby!
