It is located at a quiet area, close to Westgate Shopping Centre and Oxford City Centre. The two-storey building is very clean and the beds are conformable. The owner prepared a bottle of rose, breakfast cereals and some snacks for the guest. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

A great place to stay to explore Oxford. Easy walking to the centre and having parking was a bonus. Lots of nice extras were very much appreciated too, especially the wine.

Nothing I dislike...

The location was near to town centre hence conveniences like groceries, restaurants, coffee joints were withini walking distance....about 5 minutes. The unit was sited away from the main road. It was well surrounded by trees and flowering shrubs hence rather quiet. The property was well kept/cleaned. I found the place well equipped and well stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, breakfast cereals etc. Will book this place in future visits.

Neighbour across the road but maybe he had some sad experience in his past.

Location is very good, we walked to all places (75yo). Property is well sized and open plan. Easy to use. Bedrooms and bathroom very good. Easy storage and ideal for both short and extended stays. See below - I do not use a phone oversea (my problem) and did not have access code for locked key box. Knocked on Neighbours door opposite and asked for assistance. Response - "I don't feel comfortable to assist you" !!!! I felt and was lost with this response. Walked down to another house and the lady (Annabell) was unbelievably helpful and welcoming and popped on the net and solved our problem. It was so uplifting. Thank you so much for your help. Regained faith in UK kindness (I left 50 years ago for Australia)

I find it hard to sleep in a double bed, as we have a queen bed at home. I still get confused about bed sizes in the UK and Europe. In saying that the bed was very comfortable but not quite wide enough for us.

The location is very close to the old town centre, grocery shops and many other shops and attractions.

15 mins walk to the university area is not much far but still a bit time needed. bedroom is small but okay.

quiet area, all residence there. easy to check-in and park the car (thanks for the free parking spot) has a yard can chill. kitchen facilities are great. small but comfortable of the rooms. great value.

Everything was spotless, we had everything we could've needed over our stay, and the little touches were superb. Really really close to amenities and the centre, and parking was very easy to find. Beds were really comfortable, and overall it was a perfect stay.

Great stay! Loved the place. Near Oxford center but quiet. Very comfortable. Big kitchen and it was nice they left milk and cereal for breakfast plus some snacks. Will stay here again!

Cozy and nice house with all the nessasary facilities. It's good to stay with a family there.

Only thing that was slightly negative is it’s a bath shower up quite high. Good for families that will use the bath but could be dangerous for people who are unsteady on feet.

Absolutely wonderful hosts. Property is well equipped and very close to everything. Quiet location.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable so would not recommend if you want 3 beds.

Location is very good, walking distance to the Malls & Universities. Host even make the effort to present a bottle of wine. Light breakfast, cereal & milk, tea & coffee... Cook wares & utensils... provided.

Prefer a memory foam mattress rather than a standard one (just a personal preference).

Clean, warm (so welcome in winter!) spacious and very close to the city centre. Good communication with the host, easy to access the property and great to have a parking space to use. The wine and crisps were a lovely extra touch.

A very nice, comfortable house to stay in We were only two but there are two good sized bedrooms so it's practical for four. Great central location behind Westgate. Parking space a bonus in Oxford. Nice welcome snacks etc.
