Excellent facilities. One of the cleanest apartments we have stayed in. Bob (owner of the apartment) was friendly and very helpful with suggestions of places to visit. Although the apartment is up a number of steps and incline, the view is more than worth it, beautiful. Would highly recommend.

We did spend a great time in Paignton. Lovely, helpful, supporting landlords, very nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and one nice living room with great sea-view! Especially the private garden was fabulous too and we used it for breakfast as well as end of day drinks.

Shower cubicle a bit snug but it wouldn't stop us coming again. The steps up were very steep but again we're pretty fit so no bother.

Lovely bedrooms, you could see the sea from the lounge Just enough out of town for peace and quiet but not so far that it was a trek. Co-op across the road and good takeaways a couple of mins walk for when you're too tired to go out after a day trip.

The only downside to the apartment was the steps and incline, bit of a trial for anyone with mobility issues, but once you get up to the apartment it is well worth the effort. The views over the bay are amazing and it was a wonderful spot to enjoy the Torbay Airshow - marvellous!!

William and Bob (William's Dad) were so welcoming, helped us with our luggage up to the apartment. They gave us lots of information about the local area, parking, things to do, etc and were on hand if we needed anything - such a nice family. The apartment itself was comfy, clean and well equipped with everything you need, they even left milk in the fridge for our arrival !!

Access to the property is up a steep slopes but it didn't hinder our experience.

What didn't we like, hmmmm .. That we couldn't stay longer!!

Our stay at OHHA was so unexpectedly lovely, thanks so much to Bob, William and Donna; Bob especially 😃 From the moment we arrived it was obvious that these people were special, nothing too much trouble and the apartment + sea view were wonderful!! There's everything you need and more to enjoy a break away and it was just a shame we had to leave and go back to work! Thanks again guys, Pam and Dave 🌷

Some people could complain about some of the dated decor but we loved it as it wasn’t that modern clinical look that your afraid to use or touch!

Was a lovely property well presented and very spacious. Fresh milk in fridge, nice selection of biscuits and teas included. Quiet area with smashing sea views walking distance from the town. Ample parking although not a problem for us you will have to walk up a steep slope! But steep slopes lead to fantastic views. Garden area and washing line was great for us! Easy peasy key pick up and drop off!

it was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, excellent views and the family were friendly. Ideal for walking to the beach and zoo. The train station was just down the road for steam and modern travel. Good base for visiting all areas. Dartmouth is a must.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We suggested a pole of some sort to reach the window as struggled to open/close.

Location was perfect, views were amazing. Hosts were so welcoming, and available at any time. Loved the outside area with gazebo, where you could eat and appreciate the view. Milk in fridge on arrival plus teas/coffees, biscuits and a selection of mini cereals. Tvs in both bedrooms and living room and a selection of books and games. Fresh flowers also in the living room… can’t recommend it enough.

Only comment I would leave would be a consideration for improvement with the shower, but this may be dictated by the age of the property and plumbing.

Great communication before our trip meant a smooth arrival and check in. Apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped and welcome flowers set the right tone for a lovely relaxing stay. Very convenient for the town centre with shops nearby and plenty of places to eat. Thank you to the family for hosting the property.

If you want a home from home, comfy, relaxing place to stay, this is the one. Bob welcomed us and showed us around the apartment, sharing so much helpful information about the accommodation and what to explore in the surrounding areas. The apartment is bright, clean, cosy and well equipped. It is bigger than what it looks in the pictures. There was fresh milk in the fridge and a massive selection of teas, coffee and delicious biscuits. The fresh flowers in the living room were also a lovely touch. The bed was really comfy and it was great to have extra blankets to use to snuggly on the sofa. The outdoor area is so peaceful and pretty. Donna came to say hello too and we can honestly say, we have never felt so welcome. They are the friendliest, kindest, most genuine people who cannot do enough for you. Bob made our holiday awesome with his fantastic recommendations. We ate so well and visited some beautiful places. Please don’t be put off by the short incline walk to the property, because once you enter the gate, it’s paradise. The parking is really easy too and very useful as you can park in so many other places in the area. We will definitely cherish these 4 days spent in Paignton and will be back to visit these wonderful people again! Thank you Bob, Donna and William xx
