The twin room was slightly small, bring your own toiletries.

The staff were really nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. Great value for money as well. Working WiFi and free tea, coffee, toast and cereal in the morning.

The room was very small. You can hear people talking through your room. It has minimum toiletry items.

The location near paddington station was the highlight. It was convenient to everything. The complimentary breakfast was a plus and decent.

The windows faced directly into other rooms because of the L-shape. The bathroom window faced another room, while the bedroom window faced a completely different room. As a result, I could see into one of the other bedrooms from the bed, which was a bit strange. They changed the sheets everyday but not the towels? That made no sense to me.

The location was the beat part since it was a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. We didn’t get to try the breakfast. The staff were also friendly.

Not recommended if you're looking for a longer stay, unless you're on a budget.

Perfectly situated as a crash pad for quick sleep ahead of early train departure from Paddington. Good value, for London, no frills hotel, when all you need is a bed and a shower.

Breakfast menu includes plain toast, sliced ham and cheese and boiled eggs, that’s all. There are no toiletries, just a sanitising hand soap. Also the bed mattress was noisy.

I visited the hotel for a short stay and I admit I had low expectations because of other reviews I read, but for a fairly-priced hotel, you get a great value. The location is between Paddington station and Marble Arch. The receptionists were great, very friendly and available at all times. I will definitely choose it again in the future.

Having to complete paper forms on check in for 3 rooms. Rooms did get a bit hot over night, had to open windows but not a major issue.

Location, the value for money, the included breakfast was great. The rooms a good size for London.

No air con or breeze through window due to the room overlooking 4 walls, very humid. Took our own kettle and brew making things as nothing in the room. Didn’t try the breakfast after seeing poor reviews plus the breakfast ended at 8.45am which is very early for weekend guests.

The reception staff weren’t the friendliest. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think it’s too hard to say hello when someone walks through a door.

The general area outside all the hotels on the block was a mess, with building materials lying around and garbage bags piled up and not moved for days. This situation has not changed over the years during my visits.

Location was very good. Easy walk to Paddington Station and access to Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line and the London Underground. Hotel was clean with nicely updated lift and bathroom fittings. Safe and secure with 24 hour front desk and surveillance equipment.

The breakfast options are basic but we felt it was still great to get some food before heading off on our day and the staff were all really friendly.

It was close to public transport and easy to get to from Heathrow airport. 24 hours checkin and there was always someone at the desk especially if you needed support during the night. Very friendly staff both at reception and in the dining area for breakfast.

No kettle, no toiletries apart from hand soap. The breakfast included doesn’t have the option of a cooked breakfast. Breakfast is only served from 7.45am to 8.39am so no lay in if you want to eat.
