Everything this place is amazing from the minute we arrived ben was so friendly and helpful! Lovely place with great views from the bedroom, great selection of breakfast buffet ideal for an early start, fresh milk, orange juice and water in the fridge ben has catered for everyone's needs we will definitely be returning everytime we fly from bristol.

The setting was perfect , room superb. It was a last minute booking as we had an early flight. Room, clean, quiet and the view, spectacular.

Open acres was spotless, well furnished and friendly. Had a wonderful time and the transport to and from the airport was easy. Thank you Ben for a fantastic stay. Can't wait to come back.

Very clean and comfortable. In quiet location overlooking the fields and the Bristol Channel. Horses in stables which was lovely. Ben the proprietor was friendly and very pleasant. Room had breakfast and drink making facilities available. Bathroom had complimentary toiletries. An excellent choice to stay before our flight. Left the car then and had lift to and from airport.

Great quiet location . Room was clean and had everything we needed for overnight stay before flying off the next day . Transfers were quick and easy courtesy of Ben - a lovely guy who works hard at all hours of the day and night to get you to the airport whenever requested . Breakfast items were provided - looked lovely but we had lounge booked for breakfast so just had tea . It would also be nice to stay here without using the airport as location is so relaxing .

Beautiful rooms, really well equipped. Ben was so helpful and welcoming. We stayed here before travelling from Bristol airport the next day and it far exceeded by previous experiences of airport accommodation.

There is nothing to dislike.

Ben is a sociable host who provides fantastic facilities. The room is exceedingly comfortable and peaceful. There are great choices for drinks and breakfast and Ben's courier service is excellent, so much better than dealing with silver zone parking. Great value for money, I hope there is always availability when I need it!

The room was far too warm! We ended up having a rather fitful sleep as we had the door open for a breeze and then the blinds were flapping noisily.

Proximity to the airport, smooth arrival to the accommodation. Airport pick off and drop off was very slick. This is the second time we've used Open Acres and will continue to do so.

Beautiful modern room with everything you need for a great nights stay. Stunning views from the property and very peaceful too. Lovely breakfast items left in the room which were perfect for our early morning start before travelling to the airport. Ben was a great host with good communication and directions. He took us to the airport and collected us very swiftly with no issues. We will definitely be back!

A minor problem, but one that is obvious, is aircraft noise from the nearby airport. On the other hand, a small price to pay for the convenience of the proximity to the airport and compared with all the excellent points about the property. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, with far-reaching views over to Wales and a cracking sunset as well. The facilities were clean, comfortable and in really good condition. The owners, Ben and his wife, were really welcoming and friendly. Communication at all times was excellent. It was a great stay.

Not a negative!! A thought, No hot tub, I feel that the surroundings one or two hot tubs looking over the bay brilliant.

The quilt was too hot, a high tog, I couldn't sleep under it

The finish of the property was over and above what was expected and very spacious.The help your self breakfast had a good choice. It was nice having fresh milk, rather than long life milk sachets. Nice tea and coffee choices, lovely to have fresh fruit juice. The towels smelt beautiful. The location was great with wonderful views. Parking space outside the room

There was nothing to not like about this property.

Ben kept us informed of directions to the property and how to access our room and was very helpful in organising a place for dinner on the night of our stay. The basic breakfast supplies were appreciated for our early start to head to the airport. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, with a fantastic view looking across the countryside. The property is perfectly situated close to the airport.
