Top rate muesli and granola for breakfast but the croissants weren’t up to the same standard. Ben was a great host and very responsive to meeting our needs.

The cost of this accommodation, parking, and airport transfer, taking into account the facilities is exceptional. The room is modern, spacious and has little extras such as tea making facilities, cereal etc. The local town of Backwell is nearby where there is a choice of places to eat. The owner/host Ben is very obliging, reliable, transporting us on time the short distance to the airport. Highly recommended.

My only suggestion would be a curtain across the window in the main bedroom, as quite a lot of light came in in the morning and woke us up early.

The accommodation was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Communication from the host was excellent. He immediately drove us to airport as promised. The breakfast was lovely.

Bed is fine but not King and OK comfort but again had better - no big issue. When bathroom door is open you can hear next door a bit. Price is OK

Lovely people, location and thoughtfulness. Easy to come and go, wifi good, well laid out. Great to have fridge in the room with fresh milk and orange juice and quality breakfast offerings to choose from.

It was a little difficult to find, with some quite narrow roads through Backwell to access the accommodation, but kind of worth it to stay somewhere so peaceful ☺️. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but we appreciate that's a personal thing. A mattress topper may be a nice extra to have in the room for those who like a softer bed?

Lovely good sized clean and modern room. We loved the decor! There was plenty of room to hang clothes and put your cases aside. We loved having a sofa, chairs and a little coffee table to sit at too. There was a good selection of quality breakfast cereals, pastries, biscuits, tea and coffee, with water, milk and orange juice too in a little fridge, so everything you'd need for breakfast. We had an early flight, so wouldn't have wanted a cooked breakfast so early, so it was great we were able to have something. Ben was very friendly, easy to contact and very prompt with drop off and pick up for the airport. The location was great as it was only 10- 15 minutes away from the airport. As it was foggy when we arrived, we didn't get to see the lovely view unfortunately, but could see how good it would have been on our return. Despite being so near to the airport, it was quite a peaceful location, although the guests in the next room were quite noisy coming in and moving plates and cutlery around.

A little bit of a bumpy road leading to it, so mind pot holes.

It was a little bit difficult to find in the dark.

The accommodation was excellent, we did not have breakfast due to an early flight but there was a continental breakfast provided with cereal coffee, and fresh milk and juice in the fridge. The shuttle service was first class to and from the airport and we felt extremely confident that our cars were well looked after, not being shunted around in a field like most of the parking services offered in the Airport area. Ben arrived very promptly to pick us up on returning and was a very pleasant and courteous host.

Very convenient location for Bristol airport. Good value for money. Relaxing rural location, perfect for parking and transfers to/from the airport. Seamless communication and early hours of the morning pick up to comfortable surroundings with thoughtful breakfast fare provided in the room. Thanks Ben for such professional and friendly service.

Accommodation was very clean, fresh and comfortable. Lovely views out of the window. We had 2 rooms off the same corridor and both rooms were brilliant! Communication with Ben was excellent, from before booking, until we returned from our holiday to collect the car. The sofabed was all ready for my 2 year old daughter (who was thrilled with her big bed!) Lovely touches such as orange juice, milk, tea, coffee and pastries provided, which were greatly appreciated! Ben gave great recommendations of local pubs for food (with play areas to help tire out a toddler...!) Very nice, quiet location. Left our car there for 2 weeks while we went to Turkey. Great price and service provided. We arranged times with Ben to get us to the airport, and called him once we collected our luggage on return and he was there within 10 minutes. Have already recommended, and will continue to do so! Thank you for a lovely stay and for making our trip abroad much easier 😊
