Although had no issue with the on-road parking. Would have preferred off-road parking ideally. Glad that I only have a medium sized car.

Good reasonably centrally located 1st Floor flat in Colwyn Bay. Served our short stay needs & requirements, visiting a relative very well indeed Comfortable bed, reasonable sized shower room Kichen & living room. All you could want for a short to medium break. Pedro kept us updated with access information. Had a pint of milk in the fridge, Oat cakes, tea & coffee to hand on our arrival which was a nice touch after a long journey. Also the flat was no more than 15 minutes walk from the centre of Colwyn Bay.

Wifi would have been useful (though the booking information was clear that there was no internet connection).

Lovely flat, well equipped and quiet. Ideal two night stopover for me on the way to catch the ferry to Ireland. Colwyn Bay has good transport connections, train and bus. I enjoyed walking along the coast to Rhos and had a great afternoon in Llandudno. Convenient Morrison's supermarket nearby.

The front entrance to the building wasn't very appealing with all the bins, also the entrance hall itself was a bit mucky and smelly.. Lack of WiFi was also a bit disappointing.

The flat was lovely, it had everything you could need. The location was excellent a 10 minute walk to either town center Colwyn bay or to the erias stadium. Milk was left in the fridge as well as teacakes. It was all very thoughtful and a lovely experience to stay there

Windows were filthy dirty. The public area up to the flat needs a refurbish: it's dark, dingy and gives a poor impression. Thank heavens that inside the flat is much better. With a little attention, this could easily achieve an extra smiley face... The toilet seat doesn't stay up! The shower tray is a little slippery and could do with an anti-slip mat. The central heating timer is just bonkers mad! The heating came on in the middle of the night and nearly roasted us. It needs a better timer controller. The floor, especially around the kitchen area, squeaks as you walk over it. These are all small points that could easily raise the standard of what is a good flat.

Location was perfect for us; just a 5 minute walk to our friends & family round the corner! It also has lovely views to the sea in one direction and lovely green Welsh hills the other. Plenty of shops, takeaways and other facilities all close by. Roomy flat with good furniture and kitchen, comfortable bed.

Some people might prefer the option of wifi. My network signal was good, so not a concern for me.

Wifi would be nice, but we coped! The communal entrance hall doesnt give the best first impression, but forgotten once inside the flat.

Made to feel welcome with tea, coffee, milk and bread. The flat is comfortable and clean. Situated in a great location. We had lunch at Bryn Williams restaurant on the beach - just a short walk. Easy to drive to Llandudno, Snowdonia.

Nothing to dislike! Of course, it depends on your personal requirements. The upstairs occupiers returned this evening after being away for the Christmas holidays; they did their laundry straightaway and it was very loud indeed. Some might be irritated by that.

The location is a delight: A seven minute walk through a wooded pathway under the viaduct and I was on the beach, and even managed to get a booking for lunch at Porth Eirias, Today - being Boxing Day - was a bit special because hundreds of people turned up for the traditional sea bathing ritual; Santa outfits obligatory of course.

I didn’t realise it was on the first floor pretty sure the advert did not specify this. It was in a converted house with noisy upstairs folks and the smell of cat pee when you walked in the front door was awful. The flat itself was very clean and nice welcome pack but not comfortable for our needs but I can’t give a terrible review just not for us

Would benefit from somewhere to hang clothes, just a little niggle, bought some coat hangers to use on the hooks in bedroom.

The flat was well styled in a good location for shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very clean and we loved the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and the delicious Welsh cakes. Great base for travelling out to Conwy, Anglesey, Llandudno etc.

No curb appeal the area looked a little run down. We didn’t really feel that safe . It was hard to find as the building number had fell off. Bad smell as you enter the flats, not nice! No internet. Shower head had broken, had to hold to have a shower. It then leaking into the flat below.

    Property was clean and tidy

The shared hallway that you're required to go through to get up to the apartment, absolutely stunk of cat wee - presumably from one of the neighbours. It wreaked! Once inside the apartment you couldn't smell it but it made the prospect of leaving/entering the apartment daunting. For the money we paid, we wish we'd stayed in a hotel. If it wasn't for this, we would have scored higher. Ultimately didn't make for a nice experience. Wouldn't return.

Nice clean apartment. Nice to have fresh milk and tea etc. Good location.
