Lovely holiday in this wonderful apartment. So close to the centre of Cromer so the location is brilliant. Although you are close to the centre it is still quiet in the evenings. Apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay for a family of 4.

The key for the front door was a bit fiddly but was not an issue.

The best place I have stopped in Cromer by far! A lovely apartment which was really clean, cosy and spacious making it feel like home. The welcome pack (as well as prosecco and cake!) were greatly appreciated and thoughtful. Also, the beds and sofa were comfortable & there was surprisingly a lot of natural light in the rooms despite it being a basement flat. All of the apartment was really modern and much bigger than it looks on the pictures. A great location for our stay, everything really close by and accessible with the beach only being 2 mins away. Will definitely visit again, thank you!

Only slight issue was parking but we did always manage to get a space in the carpark at the top of the road eventually.

We found everything just perfect.

Superb apartment, spotlessly clean & extremely well equipped. I don’t want to give the wrong impression about ourselves, but we came with additional wine & beer glasses, a dishcloth & tea towel as these had been in short supply at other places But absolutely no need because at Oliva Verde everything had been considered & provided. The welcome pack items included breakfast cereals, milk, coffee, tea, sugar & fizz, & were very much appreciated. One of the reasons we chose Oliva Verde was for the two on-suite bedrooms as we were accompanied by an Aunt in her 80s. The bedrooms & associated on-suites were just perfect, & our Aunt had no difficulty in accessing the apartment, sleeping, showering (apart from initially turning the taps the wrong way) & enjoying the wine!! We located the apartment with ease & parking, generally in the (very near) carpark was not a problem. I tended to move the car to on-street parking each evening before retiring to bed. The apartment is brilliant located for all things Cromer, & we enjoyed our walks along the prom & pier, & around the town. The apartment is also well located for “exit” from Cromer & we enjoyed visits to Holt & Sheringham Park where our timing was perfect for the Rhododendron “show” – the blooms were just magical.

This property is super and wonderfully designed. The photos on Booking don’t do it justice. It feels much bigger than it looked from the pictures. It is so well equipped with everything you could need and plenty of space for everyone. The welcome items were so thoughtful. We drank the fizz to celebrate our arrival. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the shower was great. The bed side lights give a good light to read by. The location could not have been better. We loved pottering around the town. This was our first visit to Cromer and it was perfect (apart from the Bank Holiday weather, perfect for a wet, blustery walk along the beach!). Parking at the top of the street was close enough to walk back to with our stuff at the end of the stay, and really easy to pay on line and reasonably priced (we paid for 7 days so we did not have to remember to pay each day). We used public transport to get around. The bus station is directly across the road and the buses are frequent and inexpensive.

Not a problem but just be aware the street the flat is on is almost always fully parked so you may need to unload on double yellow lines and then park a few streets away (or the council car park which is free 6pm-8am).

High quality furnishings/decor, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, big TV and sky box, fast WiFi, ideal central location near beach and pier.
