Shower was virtually useless. Ice cold water and not easy to get it to heat up for more than a few seconds at a time.

Very new ( mattresses n linen)and clean interior although toilet n shower a bit tired…. Bit noisy in the corridor with other users… n tired look outside in corridors and outside appearance of pub/hotel….

It was noisey due to the busy road but that can’t really be helped in a city centre. Some cobwebs high up but that would take seconds to sort out.

Location excellent if you are attending the football or cricket ground. The room was perfectly adequate size for a solo traveller for one night. The bed was comfy, linen clean, toiletries provided, wifi, tv and secure entry system. Communication for self check in was excellent. Overall for the amount paid it was good. I would stay again if I was attending an event at the Cricket ground again.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The shower head didn't stay level.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for me. Good choice of TV channels if you like movies.

It shares the building with a pub . From the main door up the stairs to our room was smelling alcohol and it wasn’t cool for us because we both don’t drink alcohol

Wasn't much to not like, it was a good price for what we needed. Does definitely need a it of tlc with decor etc though

We stayed as a group of 7 for one night while visiting family. The space we had was good, 2 bedrooms had 1x single and 1x double bed and the lounge had a double bed in. Beds were comfy, clean and well presented with folded blankets, fresh towels and shower gel/shampoo waiting for us. There were 2x toilets and a separate bathroom, each with hand-wash, toilet rolls etc provided. The kitchen was a good size and I was so pleased to see tea bags, sugar, coffee and milk portions available. Check in was easy and we had all the necessary details and codes for easy hassle free access.

Not much power in the shower. Mattress could do with a topper. Pillows were thin. Got cold in the night as only single glazing. Near a busy road so could hear traffic. Could do with a little spruce up.

Clean and tidy. Great amenities in the room. Great communication from the team. Lots of hot water in the shower and the radiators were hot too.

Need’s painting, very little toilet roll for 3 people, walls are also paper thin, we were woken up by the next room using the toilet!! Not the best views either but was to be expected.

Comfy bed, nice decorative touches with the pictures, really great location. Nice touch from the staff calling to check arrivals etc. Great location for old Trafford

The shower wasn't great, a bit broken and couldn't get the temperature of the water right- too hot or too cold.

The bed was very comfortable and it was very close to where I needed to be. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

Unsafe location of the entrance, especially when it’s getting dark as no lights around for safer approach! Walls, carpets and interior of the building needs refurbishment.

Old building and rooms and floor condition was bad. Heating was not working for the first night however they fixed it for the next two nights.

Many room were available and living room was spacious.
