The waiters in the restaurant had an attitude, and I suspect deliberately didn’t fulfil my order for skin on fries.

Evening meal was O.K, but overcooked. The headboard needs replacing as the plastic fake leather cover is peeling off. The wires behind the T.V are falling out around the T.V in all directions, it would only take a minute to tidy up. Morning papers cannot be orderd.

The decor is a little bit tired, especially the peeling plastic bedhead and dripping pipe in the bathroom. However, if the bedrooms were super smart, then the price probably wouldn't be so reasonable.

A very warm welcome from the friendly staff. A large bedroom with a very nice view of trees and river. Generous and tasty breakfast.

The property is a little run down. In our bedroom there were lots of paint chips off the woodwork, the floorboards creaked loudly and the sink plug didn’t work properly. The artificial leaded lights were falling to pieces.

It was within about 500 yds of our event location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. To be commended.

Only a small issue for us The bed in the room looked like two beds fixed together , unfortunately it was noticeable higher in the centre so pushed you towards the edge,

Complicated switching for the lights. Some of the 13-amp sockets were controlled by light switches near the door - that doesn’t sound right! Some of the external decoration has been neglected.

Very spacious well-appointed room. Long bath. Good restaurant where we ate in the evening and took breakfast.

Had a problem with a double booking. They were brilliant couldn't do enough to help and helped to get it sorted ASAP. The room and beds are comfortable . In a good location for Stoneleigh Park .
