If I could change one thing it would be the shower. Difficult to use as the shower head is too near the end of the bath where it slopes. You have to lean to get under the water.

    Lovely host. Clean and comfortable.

Its not really a fault of the owner but it was a little tricky getting out onto the road. You had to stick your cars nose out nearly onto the road before you could see any traffic.

Room was lovely, wonderful outlook onto the fields. Well situated with many close local amenities. The host was very accommodating and the breakfast basket was very generous. Very good directions to help find the property.

    Nothing really

The accommodation was in a lovely setting . The breakfast was self service , with a variety of breakfast options left in your room . The set up of the rooms worked well for us & our friends that we were travelling with . The hostess Maggie was very attentive .

The peaceful and comfortable room with a beautiful view was perfect. The bed, seating area, and high ceilings all contributed to a relaxing stay. The convenience of having a fridge, kettle, and toaster in the room was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here, and even if you don’t drive, getting a taxi is simple. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and the place has an interesting historical background as well.

These are not things we did not like, but they are things that might not meet everyone's requirements. There are no pubs/restaurants within reasonable walking distance. You'll probabvly need to drive to one. No problem for us, but may be for others. And if you like your bacon and egg at breakfast you'll have to find a local cafe. The breakfast provided by the host in the room, cereal, toast, biscuits and cake was exactly what we wanted, but again, others may prefer a cooked breakfast.

The accommodation was excellent. Comfortable, quiet, a lovely garden to relax in. Maggie, the owner (living next door) was unobtrusive, but responsive to any request we had.

Although in a rural location, some traffic noise, but tolerable.

In a separate annexe, an unusual spacious room; very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. Freindly obliging host - Maggie. Ample supplies of snacks etc. in lieu of cooked breakfast [not provided].

Although we had a two seater settee, it was a little snug (a 3seater or two seats would be better). Bigger bath towels. I’m 17st with a 52 chest & 44 waist.

Had a bath, fridge, good reading lamp, plenty of food and drinks for breakfast and somewhere for two people to sit while reading or watching tv. Good parking area and use of side garden with table and chairs.

We liked everything... Ideal for a short stay. There are not cooking facilities on site, but a huge continental style breakfast is supplied which is very good quality. I would definitely stay here again when I'm visiting friends in Chichester.
