The blinds in my apartment let in way too much light.there are two street lights outside and the whole room was lit up

Would have liked another caddy at the other side of the bed, for phone, reading glasses etc!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, modern ensuite with shower. Very quiet location but only 10 minutes walk into town. Easy check-in and check-out with coded keysafe. Very helpful owner who answered my questions before arrival. Fab kitchen with everything you would need.

Internet wasn't great - more of an issue of keeping daughter entertained than anything (even using my mobile as a hub wasnt possiblle due to the reception) and the gravel drive made it difficult to roll my suitcases to the door which was a struggle on my own. A blind at the back door would be good to help keep the early sun out. But these are more observations than complaints.

Lovely room, very clean with anything we needed plus access to a garden /patio area. I arrived with my 7yr old by train and the property was easy to get to by foot with an easy walk to the river arun and beachfront bed and pillows were super comfy.

The doors get a bit stuck on the floor

The Bluetooth speaker mirror in the bathroom, the colour and space of the room was great. Kitchen was really great to cook in. When we had an issue, Tom fixed it really quickly. Really easy to check in and find.

I did run out of toilet roll and no spare!! However, I was leaving on the morning it ran out. No normal t-bags only flavoured t-bags in the room, so had to buy my own.

The apartment was totally spotless and the housekeeper really welcoming. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with lots of light. Modern and contemporary. Shower was great.

If I had to be picky we had no drawers in room for clothes and no hangers on back of door to hang coats and a shelf to put your brew on in the morning would of been handy But that’s just me nip picking Loved our stay

We arrived a bit earlier and the cleaners greeted us and said our room was all ready so that was nice we was able to off load our luggage before meeting our family nearby They have a great downstairs kitchen / dining room and outdoor space that is fully equipped and your welcome to use We met another couple there Herman and Annie from Belgium lovely and I just thought it was a nice touch to have the communal space.

Radiator was on in my room when I arrived so it was really hot in the room and room didn't have a bedside table or plugs next to the bed so had to leave my phone on the floor when I slept.

Great value for money. Very easy instructions for accessing my room. Room was large, very modern and clean. Bed was very comfy, shower was good quality and room had a smart TV so I could watch on demand TV which was a nice touch.

Toilet Extractor Fan needs a clean, one of the Coffee Mugs needs a Scrub (clean but stained), Air Freshener would be nice, Parking area side fence panel needs replacing as it's missing (Security)

Clearly designed for the young. Beanbags but no chair. No ordinary tea bags or coffee sachets. No blind in the bathroom, despite the room facing the main road. Another blind broken. I gather deluxe rooms have a sofa. My room was a last minute booking.

Location, smart TV, spacious. Friendly and helpful housekeeper. Owner easily contactable. Bed comfortable, pillows lovely! Great for a short or overnight stay.

All perfect, but perhaps a blind/curtain to cover the glass back door if you don't want to wake early with the sunshine!

Great location close to the town centre within 10 mins walk. Lovely furnished large studio apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent kitchen dining area and access to lovely private shared patio. Really brilliant shower and the most comfortable bed ever! great host, easily available whenever required. Excellent value for money... 5 stars!! thoroughly recommend.

Noise from other guests playing loud indian music after midnight room 7 via kitchen. Had ask them to turn it down as it was disturbing sleeping.

I had a very comfortable stay at this studio apartment! The room was very clean, with modern furnishings, and was lovely and quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. The power shower was very invigorating to wake me up in the morning! No negatives, really: comfortable and convenient studio, helpful host and all at a great price. Looking forward to staying at one of your studios again! AAAA++++
