We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFound the arrival process a bit of a faff. Ring bell to get in and if nobody is there, ring a mobile number etc. Maybe a key lock system might be a good idea?
Location, clean establishment, room was clean, bed was comfy and had all that was needed for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was brilliant- great choice of food. Staff very friendly too. Great value for money.

United KingdomThe only thing I could say is - me PERSONALLY - I didn’t like the driveway as it’s very narrow - but hey that’s me!!!! I was well aware of it beforehand - as there were comments in reviews - but I still booked.
The accommodation was clean, tidy & nicely decorated throughout plus it also had a small fridge which was great. The location was good & within easy walking distance of shops/pubs/restaurants/clubs etc. Everyone was friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend🙂

Very comfortable and clean room with en suite and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was cooked to order with a small fridge in dining room offering fresh fruit, yogurts, fruit juice and milk. Great location with the beach at the end of the road and a short walk into town where there are a number of great restaurants.

United KingdomA little way out from main shops but a pleasant stroll along seafront so didn’t mind at all. Not ideal if you need disabled access (no wet room and room tight fit with chair). Very narrow access to parking.
Breakfast basic but ok. Room nice but very tight for wheelchair access but for none disabled room was perfect and very comfy bed. Fridge was a nice bonus to keep drinks cool.

Simon was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for him and loved little Ceecee, hope I have got that right. Room was beautiful and clean, comfy bed and everything you needed for stay.
