the room temperature was very hot the beddings, with not soft duvet and hard pillow (a pillow menu like the one available at NYX Milan would have helped) the staff welcoming at breakfast-very kind with some and far less with others

The only problem with this hotel is that it is getting really pricey!! I have been using it for the last year because my daughter is studying there in London , the first time I stayed there was 8/23 the night was around $380 this last time 4/24 night is $770 A little bit ridiculous But a good hotel , I don’t think that cost that price

Was in a room at the very far end of the corridor next door to the cleaning cupboard that did not shut did not want to view interior of cupboard and staff were very noisy in the morning accessing the said cupboard at early hours with no concern for people in room

The swimming pool is for small kids, the air condition - we couldn’t turn on the hit, in one room out of two there wasn’t a place to hang towels, the safe is not connected to the wall, the floor wasn’t clean for all the week, the umbrellas are for rent and not for free for the hotel visitors

Fabulous location, friendly warm atmosphere, lively buzz about the place, good size room for London, complimentary water, coffee pods, & tea, reception staff were friendly and a special mention to Rowan for accommodating us with a late check in and looking after our bags on our last day.

It’s been a while since we stayed at a London hotel, but the price seemed pretty high at £260 per night on a weekday.

The only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the above room. You could hear their chair being moved along the floor and banging. Although this was never during the night while we were sleeping. So never disputed us in that sense.

The location of this hotel is great. You aren't far from Euston Station and there are several tube stations close by Russell Square, Holburn and Tottenham Court Road. Oxford Street is a short walk away with many theatres a short walk also. 5 stars for location!! The room was great, we stayed in an executive king room with 2 King beds. There was a little area as you walked through to the toilet with a desk and chair, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. This was a great space to get ready in and leave luggage when there are a few of you staying in the room. Staff were always helpful and polite. The receptionist kept our bags for us so we could explore more before catching our train home. Checking in and out was very easy. Although I checked in online, I didn't have a QR code to get a key at the self service desk so just spoke to the receptionist. Checking out online didn't work for me either so again just went to the front desk. Breakfast was okay. There's fruit, Granola, little smoothies, cereal, bread and some pastries, cheeses, cooked breakfast and an egg chef. So if you'd like something different to scrambled they will make it for you. We got an omelette made.
