Worried as one of the freezer shelves had stuck and so when loose is broken Lovely place and sorry for the freezer sheltie noise of the doors banging due to not having a cushioning agent was a pain with the kids Small things really but overall excellent all around

The kitchen could do with an extra frying pan and some non scratch utensils. The mattress is a bit soft for my liking, but that's just personal preference. WiFi is intermittent, but that seems to have been the case on every pub and restaurant we visited in Fort William. Just points to consider if they are important for your stay.

Great location, slightly out from the town centre, so nice and quiet but close enough to walk in 10 minutes (so long as you don't mind a hill). The views from the accommodation are beautiful. The Cow Hill trail is a 15 minute walk to a start point and your the right side of town for a quick drive to Glencoe. Clean and spacious accommodation with almost everything you will need already there. Good shower (I only used the downstairs one) and bedrooms comfy enough. Really nice complimentary basket on arrival and great communication from the host. Overall, I would say it's a little gem and I'd definitely stay again!

I had the welcoming arrangement, at least we felt this way that actually satisfied us most. Besides the location, cleanliness and other facilities were splendid.

The property is in a great location and it has breathtaking views. Some lovely features as well, the well equipped, the welcome pack, all the store cupboard necessities, it just makes everything easier.

We understand parking can be busy if more than 1 car but our group didn’t experience any problems.

Property was fantastically comfortable and well equipped with lots of space. Location was great for what we wanted to do in and around Fort William.

We had planned to cook some stuff. And had less utensils than needed.

The view was amazing and the place was clean and appreciate the effort made by the host. Enjoyed the local delicacies. We were invited by a card by the host with suggestions of what we could expolore nearby.

The property is on a small estate which doesn’t look too attractive on arrival. However, don’t be put off as the apartment is lovely and the view over the loch from the top floor is stunning.

Very walkable to town. Beautifully appointed spacious accommodation. Everything looks brand new. Beds extra comfortable with quality linens. Big TV. Fast Wi-Fi. Wonderful view from top rooms. Everything one could possibly need plus lovely generous welcome gifts. The best place we stayed on our Highland trip.

Nothing we didn't like.

The apartment is perfectly placed for access to Fort William town, the train station (including The Jacobite - Harry Potter train to Mallaig) and an abundance of supermarkets (Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, M&S). We used it as a base for Ben Nevis, Loch Ness and Inverness. Parking was good and apartment was easy to find. The whole apartment is wonderful and heating is fantastic. The views from the living room are spectacular. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Three generations in the apartment and we all enjoyed staying. Highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation was brilliant, central to the town and the view from the living room was amazing- especially loved that you could use binoculars that were provided. We loved the local treats that were provided, such a nice touch. Plenty of parking also!
