Lovely house for us to stay in with grandparents for a couple of nights. The bus stop was nearby which made getting into the city centre much easier than trying to drive in and park somewhere.

Just minor things like downstairs toilet not locking and lightbulbs in the main bedroom not working.

Great value for money, two parking spots made it convenient for our party of 6 to drive down with luggage in two cars. The toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs was convenient for sharing as well.

Minor put offs were that there was only 1 shower room, toilet on ground floor was equipped with only a WC so we had to share the toilet when it came to showering. No big deal for us though. Some lights were broken like the master room and attic. And the ground floor toilet could not lock hence we had to always knock to ensure there’s no one in there before entering

Close proximity to Bath, with its own carpark at the rear end of the house. The kitchen area was beautiful and the whole vibes exude cozy cottage! Beds were enough for us family of 5 adults, plenty of storage space. Fully equipped kitchen and washer was good :) heaters were all working fine and we loved the clean toilets

The description says short walk but a 55 min walk in to the town is not short and it's very hilly. The bus links are good but there's only one bus and if you miss that it's a 30 min wait.

The house is very spacious and in quiet Combe Down. It's not far to walk to Prior Park or the Park Run on a Saturday.

The hob took a while to heat things up and maybe a couple more bowls in the kitchen. Also the downstairs toilet wouldn`t lock. But very minor things.

Location was great, its more than a short walk to the centre but buses very easy to get , just two mins from the house. Very nice quiet location. Really good to have two off road parking spaces especially with a small group of friends, so that was a huge bonus as one of my friends was coming from North Wales. Lovely to have biscuits and jam provided . Thank you very much

Lock was broken on downstairs cloakroom. Fire alarm in the kitchen needed to be kitchen friendly as it was too sensitive, even the toaster set it off.

The location was great, so easy to get the bus into town.

Would have benefited from a few table lamps to soften the lighting. Kitchen cupboards and some crockery / cutlery not very clean.

Sofas not comfortable and on an angle if you watched tv. Rug on wooden floor keep slipping so we put it to one side just in case someone slipped on it.

No baking trays for the oven. A couple of things weren’t working, such as one of the lights in the bedroom and the fan for the shower room.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend, and much cheaper than other places in Bath! We were a group of four friends and found there was plenty of space for us all. The beds were comfy and the house is cosy. The location is great, although at the top of a very steep and long hill which takes you into the city centre. We used taxis in and out, which cost between £8 and £10 each way so not too bad. The location is very quiet and the neighbours friendly too, which was nice. The only downside was that there were no baking trays for the oven, so we improvised with foil. We’d definitely stay again though.

The furnishings felt sparse and impersonal. we were informed and some work happening during our stay but not that the shower was broken. We had to initiate a conversation with the owners but to their credit the work was completed quickly.

This property is on a great location just outside of Bath. It was quiet and spacious and had a lovely breakfast nook.
