The only issue I have is that the beds could have been comfier. They are not of a very good quality. It is the only let down, but ofcourse a very important one. They definitely put in alot of effort to make it a nice place to stay, but that is a let down. That being said, it is still comfier than alot of places and it's not the worst! With the duvet underneath me I slept well.

This hotel is great! It exceeds expectations for accommodation in this price range. I stay here almost everytime I come to the city. It is absolutely value for money. It is kept clean, in comparison to all the other hotels I've stayed in, this is up there for being well maintained and hygenic! The rooms have a touch of luxuriousness. The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. There is a nice bar area that is very comfortable, and a beautiful outdoor beer garden. I haven't been in the restaurant area so I can't comment on that.

Unfortunately no lift and we were on the 2nd floor which was hard for my father as he is 84. No fault of the hotel as I should have asked for a room on low floor.

No lift so tricky with little kids and bags. Breakfast was pricey and inconsistent. Beds were terrible in both rooms as we had 2 rooms. Really soft and lumpy. Complained but they couldn't change mattresses. Standard twin room very small. Shower was poor power and very small to maneuvere in. Felt very overpriced.

My room was directly above the public guest toilets and I could hear too much. The doors are quite loud and staff frequently used the fire escape outside my room (9). There was once an occurrence, on the 6th of March, where one staff member was screaming and swearing as they walked out.

I had room 9. It was a good size with big windows, a small desk and a TV. The breakfast was well worth the money I paid and the staff was very accommodating. The location was in very good proximity to where I was working and a 5-minute walk to Crosshill train station as well.

The coffee at breakfast! I like a nice fresh coffee in the mornings and it tasted like instant. Not my cup of tea!! The complimentary tray unfortunately had only black tea. Would have liked a better selection of tea (green) both in the room and at breakfast and perhaps muesli too please.

Very comfortable bed. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room a little snug but adequate for our one night stay. Very clean and plenty hot water. Close to where our son lives so will definitely use again. Breakfast had reasonable selection. The complimentary tea/coffee in the room very basic.
