We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI didn’t see anything that should be better. Almost everything was above exceptional. I travel there for a work purpose and it was worth to stay in Novotel.
The breakfast was very nice, so many options. Such as bread, beens, hashbrown. Moreover, different fruits, fruit juice, coffee. And the location is very good.

United KingdomThe restaurant food was excellent, and well presented. BUT - The cleanliness of the restaurant furniture left a lot to be desired. There were numerous stains on the fabric of the chairs, which made it a bit unpleasant to sit on. (Something easily remedied I would have thought).
The staff were exceptional. We arranged & pre-booked a family meal in the evening; Andy and his team did a great job looking after us.

Hotel is neat, spacious, with friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient being a 2 mins walk from the Cambridge North station.

United KingdomNowhere to hang a coat in the room (away from the wardrobe/ clothes space) despite plenty of space for coat hooks! We didn’t get refills of tea/milk etc when staying more than one night. Pool was nice but very small.

United KingdomThe pool was quite busy when we were there (but it was a bank holiday) and when I went for an evening swim there weren’t any clean towels. The pool could do with being a little bit bigger. Although the hotel was generally very clean, the stairs down to the gym/pool could do with a vacuum.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was good value for a family and we enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a good variety of options

I had to request an extra room key so we can have some flexibility of movement as a family and they should have provided that extra room key from the beginning. Also, given the flow to the front desk, the number of staff is quite short

United KingdomWe didn't have bottles of water as complimentary, but I didn't complain as we had some of our own. Didn't like the idea of customers leaving their dogs in sofas. I will recommend a wipable or leather sofa for this reason in the communal area.
Loved the wellness centre facilities. Staff were polite, and the place was clean.

The hotel is absolutely lovely! Great decor, nice and clean, excellent facilities and helpful, friendly and attentive staff. I really loved the big screen TV and being able to screencast Netflix. My room was right next to the lifts, and I was worried I’d be able to hear them from my room, but there was no need to worry. I couldn’t hear a thing. Parking and the location is great and I’ll definitely return!
