Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe couldn't get a table in the restaurant the need to book should be high lighted at checkin to avoid disappointment. Non resident diners make it very busy. Spa is tired and needs sprucing up.
Breakfast good, plenty to choose from. Jessica in the lounge bar was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently and stayed calm and focussed even when very busy with queueing guests.

United KingdomOnly staying there for one night. Didn't have time to use the Health / Spa club. Couldn't explore more of the grounds due to the weather but will definitely be back when the weather gets better.
We stayed in the Tulip room in the Manor House. It was fabulous! The separate living room was a bonus. The dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The staff for dinner and breakfast were all brilliant! The whole hotel had a very calm feeling. Our own dedicated parking space for the Manor House.

United KingdomFood is a little pricey even for 'hotel food'. Not much on the menu and the quality is so so. Location is a little out in the sticks so if you want decent food and drink its a drive out. Bar staff aren't as friendly as the front desk and sometimes it seems heavily staff but very slow service.
Standard room, stayed here a few times now always get similar grade rooms. Plenty of hot water, pool and gym are good but not the biggest. The front desk staff are always friendly and approachable.
