Unfortunately, the radiator in the room wasn't working, and no heat was coming from it at all. However, there was an oil radiator, but there wasn't much heat coming from that

Great room, followed are preferences and great breakfasts included. We didn't wait long, perfect quick service, and great food cooked perfectly

The bathroom smelt of sewerage,had to leave extractor fan on,and get bleach from nightporter to try and reduce the smell

The bed wasn't all that comfortable, the heating was on in room and I was so hot, when I opened the little window the noise was horrendous from the wind. Me and my partner were one of 4 groups staying that were under 50. Couldn't get in to the bar for bingo or entertainment as there wasn't enough space. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, we chose what we wanted the night before but when we went for breakfast they didn't know where to sit us or what we was having. Eventually got given a table. I had a bowl of cornflakes amd asked for a full breakfast. This was the disappointing part 1 sausage, 1fried egg, 1 bit of bacon, and a little spoon of beans and a fried slice that you could break a tooth on. So here is the bit that I really felt like I wasn't welcome. Other people had come down to the table and they were given more than we had for breakfast. We felt as though because we were only there for 1 night it wasn't important enough to make sure we had the same as everyone else. I think the older people were there for a tinsel and turkey break. Other than that there is no complaints. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel only because we felt like we shouldn't have been there as it was mainly over 50s.

The hotel itself was fab and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and a good size.

The room was like going back in time, peeling wallpaper, brown carpets, tatty furniture.

The communal areas were good and most of the staff were pleasant.

The breakfast was shocking it appeared to have been pre-cooked and kept warm the egg was inedible as was the rest we simply left everything even the cup of tea wasn’t nice the toast was cold etc etc

The property was nice it was a little further away from Centre than we would normally stay

The only disappointment was the shower in room 201. Not much water flowed out.

Bed was hard. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Staff confused if table was ready. Had to ask for cutlery, milk etc.

Good position on sea front. Staff helpful. Hotel clean. Price competitive.

There was a horrible musty smell (room 121) probably just needs the carpet cleaning. Had to keep all windows open.

The room was a good size for a twin with plenty of tea and coffee. Bed was very comfortable.

Bar closed at 11pm on Saturday. Disappointing as it's Blackpool. Coffee shop was good but closed at 5.00pm. Unfortunate that bar meals were no longer available as they were before taken over by Daish. We would definitely have eaten in the hotel had this been available.

Good selection for breakfast, although we had to send our poached eggs back as they arrived cold. This was resolved quickly though My wife doesn't use butter but no alternative was available. Room was clean and tidyand had everything we needed although a bit cramped. Bed was big and comfy we had a good nights sleep.

Wasnt told hotel door was locked at midnight and a code was needed after that time , and we had to knock and ring bell for a while before we got noticed , it was ok in the end and was just an error made when booked in , we know for next time and wouldnt stop us staying again , rooms not easy to find at first could do with better signage maybe ?

Wish for a later check out. 10am too early. Maybe 11am. Hotel is a bit of a maze.

The room smell.cleaner came to put something down drains but didn't cover the smell for long
