Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe bed wasn't all that comfortable, the heating was on in room and I was so hot, when I opened the little window the noise was horrendous from the wind. Me and my partner were one of 4 groups staying that were under 50. Couldn't get in to the bar for bingo or entertainment as there wasn't enough space. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, we chose what we wanted the night before but when we went for breakfast they didn't know where to sit us or what we was having. Eventually got given a table. I had a bowl of cornflakes amd asked for a full breakfast. This was the disappointing part 1 sausage, 1fried egg, 1 bit of bacon, and a little spoon of beans and a fried slice that you could break a tooth on. So here is the bit that I really felt like I wasn't welcome. Other people had come down to the table and they were given more than we had for breakfast. We felt as though because we were only there for 1 night it wasn't important enough to make sure we had the same as everyone else. I think the older people were there for a tinsel and turkey break. Other than that there is no complaints. I wouldn't stay again at this hotel only because we felt like we shouldn't have been there as it was mainly over 50s.
The hotel itself was fab and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and a good size.

United KingdomBar closed at 11pm on Saturday. Disappointing as it's Blackpool. Coffee shop was good but closed at 5.00pm. Unfortunate that bar meals were no longer available as they were before taken over by Daish. We would definitely have eaten in the hotel had this been available.
Good selection for breakfast, although we had to send our poached eggs back as they arrived cold. This was resolved quickly though My wife doesn't use butter but no alternative was available. Room was clean and tidyand had everything we needed although a bit cramped. Bed was big and comfy we had a good nights sleep.
