The bar was closed for refurbishment which was a disappointment. Access into the en-suite was very cramped.

The bedroom was spotless and the breakfast room was lovely. It was also quiet and very handy for transport.

Convenient location with main station jist around the corner. Ample options for restaurants and shopping as well. Clean practical rooms and an excellent courteous staff at the reception.Good value for money.

Small rooms but pay a bit extra for a club room and they are twice the size, so definitely worth the extra money.

Great location, friendly staff. Air-conditioning in the bedroom. 5 minutes walk from Paddington station and 20 minutes walk from Oxford Street. Good buffet breakfast.

Only real complaint was that could gave done with a microwave to warm a cool breakfast up.

The bathroom was small and the door opening made it awkward to get to shower, especially if you are a larger person. TV kept coming on during night, until remote control batteries were removed until morning. Extras for breakfast were chargeable, porridge, egg varieties except scrambled!

I chose the single tiny for my 2 day London trip, and although it suited me as a solo visitor and had everything I needed, it was super super cosy. No cupboards or real space for a large suitcase in the room.

My "go to" place when in London. Love the easy location, exceptional cleanliness and friendly staff. I'm a returning traveller.

First of all, I was put in a basement room. The room was large, but I don't like being in the basement and the front desk said that there were no other available rooms. The TV is the room was very small and far away from the bed and the video was spotty - got a lot of pixelation on the TV. The bed was OK, but a bit lumpy for me.

The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was also large and clean. Good shower.

The bath was great however I couldn’t reach the taps without getting under the shower to turn it on. The walls were thin, could hear other rooms and people in the corridors through the night.

My daughter and I stayed here because I had stayed here previously last year but in a different part of the hotel which was much more modern and comfortable - unfortunately I felt the room we were in this weekend was very dated and needs redecorated- the beds were very worn ie the leather headboards were very scored and peeling lots, the beds were very soft so much so you actually sank into the mattresses- definitely needed replaced - the radiator was on the whole three days and nights we stayed ( I actually rang down to reception to get the night staff to come switch it off in middle of the night but it was still hot during our stay ) - the bathroom was very compacted- if you are a large person I’m not sure how you would actually get into the bathroom without being squashed against the sink unit ….. the house keepers were very obliging re clean towels coffee sachets etc - I’m not sure I would return if I thought I was going to be given same room as this weekend
