We were met by Cathy who showed us around which was a nice touch. It was a very nice and comfortable apartment which was very well located close to amenities. The welcome basket was great stocked with Welsh delicacies and a bottle of fizz. The hot tub and garden looked very inviting. Sadly we did not have time to use them. We did use the log burner and fabulous bath though. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

We were met by Cathy, owner, and shown around the property. Cathy gave helpful advice, also a bit of history about the location and Llandudno. The apartment was lovely, decorated and accessorised to a high standard. We felt at home with quality items being used throughout. The weather was not particularly kind so the use of the garden was limited but had everything needed for the suntrap that it is. Welcome hampers for both us and our dog were very thoughtful and appreciated.

I struggled with the Smart TV, but that's because I am a technophobe!

This apartment is in a great location - quiet, but within easy walking distance of the pier, shops, bars and restaurants. Private off road parking was great. Hot tub and outside seating area a fantastic addition. The apartment was comfortable, well furnished and met all of our needs.

The apartment was superbly located for a short walk into the town. The accommodation was furnished to a high specification and was clean throughout. The garden area was delightful, with the bonus of having a private hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay and would highly recommend this accommodation

We were visiting with elderly parents so handrails up the front path and stairs in the rear garden would have been handy.

Great location and ideal for 2 couples having en-suite rooms. Lovely garden to the back with parking. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Gorgeous features and well maintained

    Nothing.

Stylish apartment with lots of character. Great location. Good to have a private parking space. The Welcome pack was probably the best we have ever had. Very well equipped.

Very hard to find anything to suggest for improvement.

The apartment is beautifully renovated with excellent furnishings. It is fully equipped with good quality kitchen appliances, glass, crockery and utensils. The apartment is well situated and convenient for the shops and the sea front. The host was very helpful.

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the town and beach/promenade. The facilities were clean and of top standard. Although this was a downstairs apartment, all on the one level, it was big enough and had all you need for a stay. From your own private entrance, you enter into a lobby which was clean, big, bright and open. Off the lobby were the two bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was big and bright, and the living area was spacious with a smart TV to access movies etc. The big plus was the use of the hot tub and the spacious outdoor patio. A private car park space to the rear was also a plus, as Abbey Road to the front of the property was always busy

The owners charges us £25 for a pet but the welcome pack in the property says no charge for pets. We paid £250 deposit bond which they are refusing to give back saying that we damaged the bed and left dog mess everywhere. These are false allegations. A very sad ending to a lovely stay.

The property in itself is lovely.
